“Pelaku yang di amankan Berinisial AS (37 Tahun), W (41 Tahun), WA (34 Tahun) yang di amankan di Ruko Heppy Garden Kec. Lubuk Baja Kota Batam Pada Kamis tanggal 17 Maret 2022 sekira pkl 01:00 Wib.
“Berawal pada hari Rabu tanggal 16 Maret 2022 sekira pukul 17.00 Wib, pelapor melintas didepan Ruko milik pelapor di Happy Garden Kel. Batu Selicin Kec. Lubuk Baja mendapati kunci gembok posisinya sudah berbeda kemudian pelapor mendapati kunci gembok tersebut sudah rusak kemudian pelapor pergi membeli gembok baru dan pada saat kembali ke TKP pelapor dan securty komplek mendapati 3 orang terlapor ada di dalam Ruko tersebut sedang mengambil kabel instalasi ruko tersebut. Akibat kejadian tersebut pelapor mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp. 3.000.000 dan korban pun membuat laporan ke Polsek Lubuk Baja.
“Setelah mendapat laporan dari korban selanjutnya Tim Opsnal Reskrim Polsek Lubuk Baja yang dipimpin oleh Kanit Reskrim Polsek Lubuk Baja melakukan serangkaian tindakan penyelidikan guna mendapatkan bukti permulaan yang cukup untuk melakukan penangkapan terhadap 3 orang tersangka AS, W, WA. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan para saksi dan adanya barang bukti terkait dengan tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh tersangka tersebut, maka pada hari Rabu tanggal 16 Maret 2022 sekira pukul 17.00 WIB, Tim opsnal Polsek Lubuk Baja telah melakukan penangkapan terhadap 3 orang tersangka AS, W,WA di Ruko Happy Garden Kec. Lubuk Baja – Kota Batam. Selanjutnya terhadap tersangka beserta barang bukti yang didapatkan, dibawa ke Polsek Lubuk Baja guna dilakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut
“Terdapat Barang Bukti yang berhasil diamankan dari tangan tersangka adalah 1 Lembar Nota Lighting tanggal 10 November 2021 dengan total harga sebesar Rp. 3.000.000,-, 20 Meter Kabel instalasi Listrik, 1 buah gunting pemotong kabel dengan ganggang berwarna Oranye.
“Kapolresta Barelang Kombes Pol Nugroho Tri N, SH, SIK, MH melalui Kapolsek Lubuk Baja Kompol Budi Hartono, SIK, MM membenarkan bahwa telah mengamankan tersangka pencurian berinisial AS,W,WA yang terjadi pada hari Rabu tanggal 16 Maret 2022 sekira pukul 16.00 Wib, di Ruko Happy Garden Kec. Lubuk Baja – Kota Batam.
“Atas Perbuatannya pelaku di jerat dengan Pasal 363 ayat 1 sub 4e dan 5e KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman penjara selama-lamanya 7 tahun Kapolsek Lubuk Baja Kompol Budi Hartono, SIK, MM.
