Swanara.Com Batam – Kapolsek Batu Ampar Kompol Salahuddin, SIK menggelar Konferensi Pers Ungkap Kasus Tindak Pidana Pencurian dengan Kekerasan (Jambret) yang di dampingi oleh Kasi Humas AKP Tigor Sidabariba, SH, serta Kanit Reskrim Polsek Batu Ampar Iptu Fajar Bittikaka, STrk, bertempat di Mapolsek Batu Ampar. Kamis (12/05/2022)
Pelaku yang di amankan berinisial HS (18 Tahun) dan M (18 Tahun) yang berhasil di amankan di Wilayah Jodoh Kota Batam.
Kapolsek Batu Ampar Kompol Salahuddin, SIK menjelaskan Kronoligis Bahwa pada hari Senin tanggal 09 Mei 2022 sekira pukul 16.30 Wib Korban mengendarai sepeda motornya bersama dengan anaknya habis berbelanja ke Pasar Seken jodoh. Sesampainya di lampu merah Korban berhenti kemudian Pelaku beserta temannya mengambil paksa Handphone dari tangan anak Korban tersebut. Kemudian Korban berteriak minta tolong kepada masyarakat yang ada di seputaran tempat kejadian tersebut sambil mengejar pelaku.
Kemudian Korban memberitahukan kejadian tersebut kepada tukang ojek pangkalan di seputaran jodoh untuk mencari pelaku dan pelaku berhasil tertangkap oleh warga sekitar dan langsung dibawa ke Polsek Batu Ampar. Atas kejadian tersebut Korban mengalami kerugian sekitar Rp.2.650.000,-
Berdasarkan laporan dari Masyarakat pada hari Senin tanggal 09 Mei 2022 sekira pukul 16.30 Wib di Lampu Merah depan Toko Marina Komp. Tanjung Pantun Jl. Raja Ali Haji No.08-10 Kel. Sungai Jodoh Kec. Batu Ampar – Kota Batam telah diamankan diduga pelaku tindak pidana Pencurian dengan Kekerasan (Jambret) berinisial HS (18 Tahun) dan M (18 Tahun) di daerah tanjung pantun, kemudian unit reskrim polsek batu ampar yang dipimpin oleh Iptu Fajar Bittikaka, S.Tr.K mendatangi tkp dan kemudian mengamankan barang bukti dan membawa tersangka ke polsek batu ampar untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
Kapolresta Barelang Kombes Pol Nugroho Tri N, SH, SIK, MH melalui Kapolsek Batu Ampar Kompol Salahuddin, SIK mengatakan Pelaku berinisial HS (18 Tahun) dan M (18 Tahun) Saat ini sudah di amankan oleh unit Reskrim untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
Atas Perbuatannya Pelaku di jerat dengan Pasal 365 ayat (2) ke-2e KUHPidana dengan hukuman penjara selama – lamanya 12 tahun. Ungkap Kapolsek Batu Ampar Kompol Salahuddin, SIK.
