Sumber Marine Shipyard Kel.Tg Uncang Kota Batam yang di dampingi oleh Kasi Humas Polresta Barelang AKP Tigor Sidabariba, S.H dan Kanit Reskrim Polsek Batu Aji IPTU Budi Santosa, SH. bertempat di Mapolsek Batu Aji. Kamis (24/02/2022)
Pelaku Penganiayaan yang di amankan sebanyak 2 Orang Yakni inisial AG (32 Tahun), DR (28 Tahun), yang di tangkap di sebuah kost-kost an di Kampung Bukit Kel.Tg Riau Kec. Sekupang Kota Batam.
Pada hari Sabtu (19/02/2022) sekira pukul 14.00 Wib, Istri Korban menerima telepon dari rekan kerja korban sesama Security di Pt. Sumber Marine Shipyard yang menyatakan bahwa sekira pukul 11.57 Wib suaminya telah menjadi Korban Penganiayaan dan akan melaksanakan operasi di RS.Graha Hermine Kel. Buliang Kec. Batu Aji yang di aniaya oleh Pelaku AG dengan cara membacok Korban dengan parang jenis klewang sehingga mengakibatkan lengan tangan kanan Korban mengalami luka robek dan patah tulang di bagian jari manis tangan sebelah kanan. Akibat kejadian tersebut, selanjutnya melaporkan kepada pihak Kepolisian untuk di tindak lanjuti/di proses Hukum.
Pada hari Sabtu (19/02/2022) sekitar pukul 15.00 wib Anggota Opsnal Polsek Batu Aji yang di Pimpin Oleh Kanit Reskrim Polsek Batu Aji IPTU Budi Santosa, SH dan Panit Opsnal IPDA Jonathan Reinhart Pakpahan S.Tr.k setelah menerima Laporan Polisi tentang adanya Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan yang terjadi di Pt. Sumber Marine Shipyard, selanjutnya Tim mendatangi Tkp untuk melakukan olah TKP.
Setelah mengetahui ciri-ciri pelaku penganiayaan yang di peroleh dari keterangan Saksi dan Rekaman CCTV kemudian Kapolsek Batu Aji Kompol Daniel Ganjar Kristanto, S.Sos, SIK memerintahkan Tim untuk melakukan pencarian Pelaku dan melakukan pemantauan dan penyekatan terhadap pintu keluar dari Batam seperti bandara, pelabuhan domestik dan pelabuhan tikus yang ada di batam guna mempersempit ruang gerak Pelaku, kemudian tim melakukan koordinasi dan membujuk pihak keluarga Pelaku untuk mau menyerahkan diri dengan pihak kepolisian, kemudian pada hari Selasa (22/02/2022) sekira pukul 11.30 Wib Tim mendapat informasi dari keluarga Pelaku tentang keberadaan Pelaku Penganiayaan yang sedang berada di sebuah kost-kostsan di kampung bukit Kel.Tg Riau Kec. Sekupang Kota Batam dan bersedia untuk menyerahkan diri dan sekira pukul 12.30 wib Tim berhasil mengamankan Pelaku dan mengumpulkan barang bukti, selanjutnya pelaku dan barang bukti di dibawa dan diamankan ke Mako Polsek Batu Aji untuk di lakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
Kapolresta Barelang Kombes Pol Nugroho Tri N, SH, SIK, MH melalui Kapolsek Batu Aji Kompol Daniel Ganjar Kristanto, S.Sos, SIK mengatakan Kedua Pelaku merupakan Kakak Adek yang Berinisial AG (32 Tahun), DR (28 Tahun).
Pelaku melakukan tindak pidana penganiayaan atau pembacokan berkali kali terhadap korban dikarenakan merasa sakit hati dan kecewa adeknya (Pelaku DR) dimaki-maki oleh Security PT. Sumber Merine Shipyard karena salah parkir dan adiknya pelaku DR juga diberhentikan dari pekerjaannya sehingga pelaku AG minta diantar oleh pelaku DR untuk mendatangi ke PT. Sumber Merine Shipyard untuk melakukan Penganiayaan terhadap korban dengan cara membacok dan mengakibatkan korban mengalami luka dan dirawat di rumah sakit selama 2 hari dan sekarang sudah berobat jalan
Atas Perbuatannya Pelaku di jerat dengan Pasal 351 Ayat (2) Jo Pasal 56 ke – 2e K.U.H.Pidana. dengan Ancaman Hukuman 5 Tahun Penjara Ungkap Kapolsek Batu Aji Kompol Daniel Ganjar Kristanto, S.Sos, SIK.
