Jakarta – Polri memastikan perayaan Tahun Baru Imlek 2574 Khongzili/2023 Masehi diseluruh wilayah Indonesia berlangsung aman dan situasi kamtibmas kondusif.
“Seluruh kegiatan perayaan Imlek berjalan aman, baik di lokasi tempat peribadatan, lokasi wisata dan pusat perbelanjaan,” ujar Asisten Kapolri Bidang Operasi, Irjen Pol Agung Setya Imam Effendy, Senin (23/1/2023).
Menurut Agung, Polri mengerahkan 24.956 personel dari 34 polda seluruh Indonesia untuk mengamankan perayaan Imlek. Mereka ditempatkan di 1.470 tempat ibadah dengan jumlah jemaat 131.900 orang.
“Polri telah mendirikan 260 pos pengamanan perayaan Imlek dari tanggal 21 sampai 23 Januari,” ucapnya.
Selain itu, lanjut Agung, dalam pengamanan Imlek ini Polri juga menempatkan personelnya di tempat-tempat keramaian lainnya seperti lokasi wisata dan pusat perbelanjaan.
“Personel juga melakukan pengamanan arus lalu lintas,” jelasnya.
Sementara dari sisi lalu lintas, Agung menambahkan secara keseluruhan pergerakan masyarakat dalam perayaan Imlek berjalan dengan lancar dan aman.
