Jakarta,- Polri masih terus melakukan pendalaman terkait kasus gangguan gagal ginjal akut pada anak di DKI Jakarta. Sejumlah obat lain yang diduga menjadi pemicu penyakit tersebut kini diperiksa.
Karopenmas Divisi Humas Polri, Brigjen Pol Ahmad Ramadhan menyatakan, pemeriksaan terhadap obat lain ini dilakukan setelah pihaknya memastikan bahwa obat sirop Praxion aman dikonsumsi.
“Saat ini Polri masih mendalami obat lain. Obat lain selain Praxion yang dikonsumsi korban antara lain vaksin saat imunisasi dan obat sirop Paracetamol Drop,” ujar Ramadhan dalam jumpa pers, Selasa (14/3/2023).
Polri juga telah meminta keterangan dari Kepala BPOM DKI Jakarta, Susan Gracia Arpan, terkait mekanisme pengawasan terkait bahan baku pada perdagangan farmasi. Pemeriksaan itu dilakukan pada Senin (6/3/2023).
“Kepala BPOM Jakarta yang dipanggil sebagai saksi pada hari Senin, 6 Maret 2023, yang mana pemanggilan tersebut dengan maksud memberikan penjelasan terkait dengan proses pengawasan, bahan baku pada pedagang farmasi,” terangnya.
Ramadhan mengatakan Kepala BPOM DKI diperiksa dalam kapasitasnya sebagai saksi terkait kasus tersebut. Secara khusus, kata dia, penyidik menanyakan soal pengawasan bahan baku obat pada pedagang farmasi.
“Yang mana pemanggilan tersebut dengan maksud memberikan penjelasan terkait dengan proses pengawasan, bahan baku pada pedagang farmasi,” ucapnya.
Ramadhan belum merinci apa saja yang didalami oleh penyidik saat memeriksa Kepala BPOM DKI Jakarta.
Sampai saat ini, telah ada 7 perusahaan farmasi dan 4 perorangan yang telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus GGAPA yang menewaskan ratusan anak.
Penetapan tersangka itu dilakukan oleh Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) serta Direktorat Tindak Pidana Tertentu Bareskrim Polri.
Dua korporasi yang dijerat sebagai tersangka oleh BPOM merupakan perusahaan farmasi PT Yarindo Farmatama dan PT Universal Pharmaceutical.
Sementara lima korporasi lainnya PT Afi Farma, CV Samudera Chemical, PT Tirta Buana Kemindo, CV Anugrah Perdana Gemilang, serta PT Fari Jaya Pratama ditetapkan tersangka oleh Bareskrim Polri.
Atas perbuatannya seluruh tersangka dijerat dengan pasal berlapis yakni Pasal 196 jo Pasal 98 ayat (2) dan (3) Undang-undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kesehatan.
Subsider, Pasal 60 Angka 10 Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 Tentang Cipta Kerja Perubahan Atas Pasal 197 Jo Pasal 106 Jo Pasal 201 ayat (1) dan/atau ayat (2) UU Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kesehatan.
Selain itu, mereka juga dijerat dengan Pasal 62 Ayat 1 Juncto Pasal 8 Ayat 3 UU Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen Juncto Pasal 56 Ayat 2 KUHP.
