Jakarta – Perhelatan Hoegeng Awards kembali digelar pada tahun ini. Kadiv Humas Polri Irjen. Pol. Dedi Prasetyo menegaskan jika kegiatan Hoegeng Awards ini bukan lah sebuah kontes popularitas semata.
“Melainkan proses seleksi yang menitikberatkan pada dampak positif untuk institusi Polri maupun masyarakat luas dengan berlandaskan pada nilai keteladanan Hoegeng Iman Santoso,” ujar Irjen. Pol. Dedi Prasetyo pada Rabu (25/1/2023).
Irjen. Pol. Dedi Prasetyo mengatakan jika latar belakang hadirnya Hoegeng Awards ini bermula dari ramainya tagar #percumalaporpolisi dan #satuharisatuoknum di media sosial.
Di sisi lain, sesuai Pasal 30 ayat 4 UUD 1945 yakni Polri sebagai alat negara yang menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat bertugas melindungi, mengoyami, melayani masyarakat serta menegakan hukum.
Di tahun ini, kata Irjen. Pol. Dedi Prasetyo, bakal ada lima katergori yang diperebutkan, yaitu Polisi Berintegritas, Polisi Inovatif, Polisi Berdedikasi, Polisi Pelindung Perempuan dan Anak, dan Polisi Tapal Batas.
Dengan berbagai kategori di atas, penerima Hoegeng Awards 2022 harus memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Kriteria penjurian Hoegeng Awards 2022 adalah anggota Polri aktif, tidak memiliki catatan negatif data internal Polri, memiliki impact atau dampak terhadap masyarakat luas, memiliki citra positif di mata masyarakat sekitarnya, serta berintegritas dan menjalankan prinsip-prinsip presisi.
“Segera daftarkan anggota polisi di sekitarmu yang dinilai patut menjadi kandidat penerima Hoegeng Awards 2023 ke http://dtk.id/hoegengawards. Pendaftaran dibuka pada 27 Januari hingga 27 April 2023,” jelas Irjen. Pol. Dedi Prasetyo.
