MALANG – Jelang peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke-77, berbagai kegiatan kemanusiaan telah di persiapkan oleh Polresta Malang Kota dan jajarannya.
Di awali bersama media, Polresta Malang Kota menggelar Bhakti Bhayangkara dengan kegiatan bedah rumah di Kelurahan Bandungrejosari, Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang.
kondisi rumah yang dibedah memang memprihatinkan.
Polresta Malang Kota menyulap rumah yang dihuni suami istri itu menjadi lebih baik dan layak huni.
Rumah warga yang di bedah kali ini adalah milik Siswandi (54), seorang buruh bangunan yang sudah mendiami rumahnya selama beberapa tahun belakangan.
“Hari ini, kami menyampaikan terima kasih ke semua pihak, atas terlaksananya bedah rumah,”ujar Kapolresta Malang Kota, Kombes Pol. Budi Hermanto di lokasi bedah rumah
Menurut Kapolresta Malang Kota, kegiatan bedah rumah ini sebuah nilai yang bisa diberikan untuk membantu warga yang memang layak diberikan bantuan.
Selain tenaga tukang dari warga setempat, Polresta Malang Kota melibatkan sejumlah personel dalam pengerjaan rumah.
“Kegiatan ini sekaligus menjadi rangkaian Hari Bhayangkara ke – 77, “ ungkap Kombes Budi Hermanto.
Tidak hanya itu, tak jauh dari lokasi bedah rumah, juga ada masjid yang masih terkendala dalam penyelesaian pembangunan.
Meskipun kondisi 60 persen, namun bagian atap masih memerlukan untuk dicor. Itu menjadi prioritas, sehingga bisa segera difungsikan dan tidak basah kalau hujan.
“Untuk Masjid, juga menjadi sasaran dalam membantu secara bertahap. Kami, paling bisa mengintegrasikan menggerakkan teman teman yang tergugah harinya untuk membantu,” lanjut Kombes Budi Hermanto.
Dalam bedah rumah kali ini dilakukan secara total dan menyeluruh dalam ukuran luas 5 m X 10 m dengan ruang tamu, kamar tidur, kamar mandi, dapur hingga posisi tangga.
“Kalau sebelumnya, di tempat lain mungkin renovasi ya. Tapi untuk yang kali ini, bisa pembangunan secara total dan diperkirakan bisa selesai dalam waktu sekitar tiga minggu,” pungkas Kombes BuHer.
Ketua RT 01, RW 02, Bambang mengaku senang dan berterima kasih atas bantuan dari Polresta Malang Kota. Terhadap rumah yang dibedah, menurutnya memang sangat layak.
“Sangat tepat dan layak untuk dibedah. Mereka suami istri sudah tinggal di sini sekitar 10 tahun. Dengan pekerjaan bisa dibilang serabutan. Ya terima kasih banyak ayas semua pihak termasuk Polresta Malang, yang telah membantu,” katanya. (Redaksi Swanara)
