Cirebon -Jajaran Polresta Cirebon mengamankan 17 tersangka berbagai kasus tindak pidana kejahatan yang berhasil diungkap dalam dua minggu terakhir. Di antaranya, curanmor, curat, curas, pembunuhan, pengeroyokan, hingga pencabulan.
Kapolresta Cirebon, Kombes Pol Arif Budiman, S.I.K, M.H, menyebutkan, sebanyak 5 TKP kasus curanmor yang berhasil diungkap, 3 TKP kasus curas, 2 TKP kasus curat, dan pembunuhan, pengeroyokan, serta pencabulan masing-masing 1 TKP.
“Untuk kasus curanmor ada 6 tersangka yang diamankan berikut 8 unit sepeda motor hasil curian sebagai barang buktinya. Para tersangka juga sudah ditahan untuk menjalani pemeriksaan lebih lanjut,” kata Kombes Pol Arif Budiman, S.I.K, M.H, saat konferensi pers di Mapolresta Cirebon, Jumat (15/7/2022).
Ia mengatakan, modus para tersangka saat melakukan aksinya dengan menggunakan kunci leter T dan menyasar sepeda motor yang terparkir di minimarket, pinggir jalan, maupun tempat sepi lainnya yang tidak terpantau pemilik kendaraan.
Pihaknya juga telah menghubungi pemilik 8 unit sepeda motor yang telah diamankan dari para tersangka untuk mengambilnya di Mapolresta Cirebon dengan membawa surat-surat kendaraannya dan dipastikan gratis atau tanpa dipungut biaya.
“Dari pengungkapan kasus curas di tiga TKP terdapat 5 tersangka yang telah diamankan. Kasus curas TKP di Depok dan Babakan modusnya memepet korban kemudian merampas handphone, tas, dan barang berharga lainnya,” ujar Kombes Pol Arif Budiman, S.I.K, M.H.
Ia menyampaikan, TKP kasus curas lainnya terjadi di Kecamatan Pangenan dan merupakan hasil pengembangan dari kasus yang berhasil diungkap sebelumnya. Para tersangka membawa kabur satu unit mobil boks dan menjual barang-barang yang disimpan di dalamnya.
Sementara dari pengungkapan kasus curat yang terjadi di Kecamatan Talun dan Dukupuntang pihaknya berhasil mengamankan dua tersangka. Para tersangka memasuki rumah korban kemudian mencuri perhiasan, barang berharga, burung, dan lainnya.
Selain itu, petugas juga mengamankan dua kelompok pemuda di Kecamatan Pabedilan yang saling menantang tawuran melalui media sosial dan mengakibatkan satu korban mengalami luka bacokan serta luka tusuk sehingga harus dilarikan ke rumah sakit untuk mendapatkan perawatan intensif.
“Kami juga telah mengamankan 1 tersangka kasus pembunuhan di Kecamatan Pasaleman berinisial U. Korbannya mengalami luka serius akibat dipukul menggunakan balok bambu dan dihantam batu berdiameter 30 cm,” kata Kombes Pol Arif Budiman, S.I.K, M.H.
Adapun motifnya adalah tersangka merasa sakit hati dan jengkel dengan perkataan dan tindakan korban sehingga menghajarnya. Pihaknya pun melakukan tes kejiwaan terhadap tersangka dengan melibatian psikolog dari RSUD Arjawinangun. Hasil sementara dari tes kejiwaan tersebut tersangka dinyatakan psikopat.
Ia menyampaikan, dari kasus pencabulan yang diungkap tersangka yang telah diamankan berinisial S. Modusnya adalah mengancam akan menyebarkan foto dan videonya ke media sosial agar korban selalu menuruti seluruh keinginan tersangka.
“Kami juga memberikan pendampingan dan trauma healing kepada korban yang merupakan anak di bawah umur. Sedangkan tersangkanya dijerat Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak dan diancam hukuman maksimal 15 tahun penjara,” ujar Kombes Pol Arif Budiman, S.I.K, M.H.(RedaksiSwanara)
