Setelah dilakukan penggeledahan dari tangan nya di temukan barang bukti berupa kupon penjualan nomor tebakan , Uang Tunai Rp. 31.000 (Tiga Puluh satu Ribu Rupiah), 1 unit Hand Phone OPPO warna hitam. ( Berisikan Nomor Tebakan angka Togel yang dikirim ke Online).
Setelah di periksa, tersangka mengakui kalau dirinya memainkan judi togel dengan mengirimkan melalui online.
Zuhhata menambahkan, bukti keseriusan kita untuk membasmi segala perjudian togel, minggu.yang lalu 3 orang pelaku perjudian togel yaitu AA ( 28 ), warga desa Baribani aek kecamatan muara, ARP ( 44 ) warga desa Silait-lait kecamatan Muara dan PS ( 53 ) warga desa Parsaoran Kecamatan Purba Tua juga berhasil kita tangkap.
