Sergai – Kepala Kepolisian Resor Serdang Bedagai AKBP Oxy Yudha Pratesta, S.I.K., diwakili Kabag Ops memimpin gelar Patroli Skala Besar bersama Forkopimcam Tanjung Beringin, di wilayah hukum Polres Sergai, khususnya wilayah hukum yang rawan dengan kamtibmas, tengah malam hingga Minggu (22/10/23) dini hari.
Kabag Ops juga menjelaskan tujuan dari patroli skala besar ini berdasarkan Sprin Kapolres Sergai, nomor : Sprin/1474/X/Ops.1.1.1./2023 tanggal 20 Oktober 2023 guna cipta kondisi situasi kamtibmas menjelang pelaksanaan pemilu 2024 di Wilayah Hukum Polres Serdang Bedagai.
“Patroli dilaksanakan tidak saja di wilayah Tanjung Beringin, tetapi patroli gabungan dilanjutkan menuju ke wilayah hukum Kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu dan Kecamatan Sei Rampah. Selain menyasar ke kawasan rawan kejahatan juga menyasar di mana para anak-anak ABG berkumpul, guna antisipasi geng motor.
Apalagi waktu sudah larut malam dan tidak selayaknya mereka masih berkumpul apalagi dipinggir jalan. Dalam hal ini sebelum membubarkan kelompok ini, personel memberikan arahan dan faktor negatif kalau larut malam mereka masih melakukan aktivitas di jalanan. Personel Patroli juga melakukan pemeriksaan kelengkapan dokumentasi dan peralatan kendaraan bermotor, baik STNK maupun lainnya bagi yang dicurigai,” jelasnya.
Kegiatan ini melibatkan 76 personel dari TNI dan Polri, terdiri dari Kasat Lantas AKP Andita Sitepu, Kasat Reskrim AKP J.H. Panjaitan, Kasat Intelkam AKP Siswoyo, Kasat Samapta AKP Silvester Butarbutar, Kapolsek Firdaus AKP Idham Halik, Kapolsek Tanjung Beringin AKP Tobat Sihombing, Camat Tanjung Beringin, Elmiati, Para Kanit Polsek Tanjung Beringin, Personel Polres Sergai, Personel Polsek Tanjung Beringin, Polsek Firdaus, dan Polsek Teluk Mengkudu, Personel Koramil 11 Tanjung Beringin, Para Kepala Desa Se Kecamatan Tanjung Beringin, Para Kadus Se-Kecamatan Tanjung Beringin.(Redaksiswanara)
