Purbalingga – Satreskrim Polres Purbalingga berhasil mengungkap kasus penganiayaan dengan senjata tajam. Pelaku berinisial AF (43) warga Kelurahan Mewek, Kecamatan Kalimanah, Kabupaten Purbalingga berhasil diamankan berikut barang buktinya.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Purbalingga AKP Suyanto dalam konferensi pers, Rabu (12/4/2023) mengatakan penganiayaan yang dilakukan tersangka terjadi pada Sabtu 1 April 2023 sekira jam 17.00 WIB.
TKP di belakang rumah pelaku, wilayah Kelurahan Mewek. Korbannya adalah Hadi Siam (57) laki-laki, warga Kalikabong, Kecamatan Kalimanah, Kabupaten Purbalingga.
“Tersangka melakukan penganiayaan menggunakan senjata tajam jenis kudi hingga korban mengalami luka robek sepanjang 10 centimeter pada dahi sebelah kiri dan telapak tangan kiri dengan delapan jahitan,” jelas Kasat Reskrim didampingi Kasi Humas Iptu Imam Saefudin dan Kanit 1 Satreskrim Ipda Setyan.
Disampaikan bahwa kejadian bermula saat tersangka dan korban bersama-sama sedang minum minuman keras di rumah tersangka. Saat itu, korban dengan tidak sabar meminta diantar pulang.
Akhirnya terjadi cekcok dan keributan antara tersangka dan korban.
Saat terjadi keributan, korban sempat disuruh pulang oleh istri tersangka agar tidak terjadi perkelahian.
Namun korban bukannya pulang, malah pergi ke belakang rumah dan berusaha melempar tersangka dengan batu. Tersangka berhasil menghindar hingga tidak kena lemparan korban.
“Tersangka kemudian masuk ke dalam rumah dan mengambil kudi kemudian membacok korban hingga mengenai tangan dan kepala,” jelasnya.
Berdasarkan laporan korban, kemudian petugas dari Unit 1 Satreskrim Polres Purbalingga melakukan penyelidikan. Hasil penyelidikan didapati informasi keberadaan tersangka di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas. Kemudian dilakukan pengejaran ke lokasi dimaksud.
“Tersangka akhirnya berhasil diamankan di rumah istri keduanya di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas pada Jumat 7 April 2023,” ungkapnya.
Barang bukti yang diamankan yaitu satu bilah kudi yang digunakan tersangka untuk menganiaya korban. Selain itu, satu bongkah batu yang dilempar korban ke tersangka.
Kasat Reskrim menambahkan kepada tersangka dikenakan Pasal 351 KUHP tentang Penganiayaan. Dengan ancaman hukuman pidana penjara selama dua tahun delapan bulan.
