Purbalingga – Polres Purbalingga menerjunkan puluhan personel untuk mengamankan eksekusi tanah dan bangunan yang dilakukan oleh Pengadilan Negeri PurbaIingga, Selasa (13/12/2022). Lokasi eksekusi berada di wilayah Kelurahan Wirasana, Kecamatan/Kabupaten Purbalingga.
Pengamanan dipimpin langsung oleh Kabag Operasi Polres Purbalingga Kompol Totok Nuryanto. Sedangkan petugas pengamanan merupakan gabungan personel dari Polres Purbalingga, Polsek Purbalingga, TNI dan Satpol PP.
Kapolsek PurbaIingga AKP Siswanto selaku perwira pengendali pengamanan di lokasi mengatakan bahwa Polres Purbalingga menyiapkan 31 personel, untuk mengamankan proses eksekusi tanah dan bangunan yang dilakukan oleh Pengadilan Negeri PurbaIingga.
“Eksekusi dilakukan terhadap sebidang tanah dan bangunan di Kelurahan Wirasana yang terkena pengerjaan pembangunan jaringan irigasi,” jelasnya.
Disampaikan bahwa pihak kepolisian mengawal dan mengamankan eksekusi untuk menjamin kegiatan berjalan aman dan lancar. Karena ada penolakan dari anak pemilik rumah dengan alasan ganti rugi tidak sesuai dengan permintaan.
“Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengamanan hingga kegiatan eksekusi selesai dilaksanakan. Alhamdulillah kegiatan dapat berjalan aman dan lancar,” ucapnya.
Proses eksekusi tanah dan bangunan dilaksanakan berdasarkan Penetapan Ketua Pengadilan Purbalingga Nomor 5/pdt.Eks/2022/PNPbg tanggal 22 November 2022.
Pemohon eksekusi adalah Kepala Besar Wilayah Serayu Opak, Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya Air, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat. Sedangkan termohon adalah Aris Sudaryanto selaku anak kandung dari Karsono pemilik tanah yang sudah meninggal dunia.
Tanah bersertifikat Hak milik Nomor 02136 dengan luas 02136/193 meter persegi tersebut, akan menjadi lokasi pengadaan jaringan irigasi daerah Irigasi Slinga Kabupaten Purbalingga. Sesuai Keputusan Gubernur Jateng Nomor 590/29 Tahun 2018 tentang Persetujuan Penetapan Lokasi Pengadaan Tanah Bagi Pembangunan Jaringan Irigasi Daerah Slinga Kabupaten Purbalingga.
