Oku-Bencana tanah longsor yang menerjang sebagian wilayah di Kab OKU Selatan pada senin 18 juli 2022 malam mendapat perhatian dari berbagai pihak untuk turut membantu meringankan beban para korban yang terdampak. Selasa 19/07/22
Kasat Samapta Polres OKU Selatan Akp Johan Safri menyampaikan bahwa selain membantu membersihkan material akibat tanah longsor gabungan dari personel Sat Samapta dan Polsek Banding Agung juga membagikan makanan berupa nasi bungkus kepada warga terdampak tanah longsor, petugas BPBD dan masyarakat yang membantu membersihkan material tanah longsor.
“Bantuan nasi bungkus ini sebagai bentuk perhatian kepolisian terhadap warga yang menjadi korban tanah longsor. Selain itu Kami juga menyiapkan bantuan makanan untuk para relawan yang telah membatu” ucapnya Akp Johan Syafri.
Menghadapi cuaca ekstrim akhir-akhir ini yang berpotensi menimbulkan bencana alam, Akp Johan Syafri mengajak masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap lingkungan tempat tinggal masing-masing.
“Tingkatkan kewaspadaan. Jika mengetahui adanya potensi bencana alam, segera laporkan kepada pihak berwenang. Supaya cepat memberikan bantuan dan antisipasi menimbulkan korban jiwa maupun material,” pungkas.(redaksi Swanara)
