Grobogan – Ratusan personel Polres Grobogan Polda Jawa Tengah ditambah dengan pasukan gabungan yang terdiri dari TNI, dan satpol PP disiagakan dalam demo buruh hari ini, Selasa, 8 November 2022. Sebelumnya, diadakan apel pagi pukul 08.00 WIB yang bertempat di halaman parkir Kantor Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Grobogan, Jawa Tengah.
Kapolres Grobogan, AKBP Benny Setyowadi yang turun langsung memimpin jalannya apel pengamanan mengatakan, pengamanan aksi unjuk rasa oleh buruh ini, akan dilakukan secara humanis dan tanpa kekerasan.
“Yang kita amankan ini saudara kita dari buruh, bukan musuh kita. Lakukan pengamanan secara humanis, tidak ada yang menggunakan kekerasan, apalagi menggunakan senjata,” jelas Kapolres Grobogan.
Aksi yang bakal digelar sejumlah buruh yang menamakan diri Komite Aksi Buruh Terpimpin (Kabut) tersebut, berdasarkan surat pemberitahuan sehari sebelumnya disebutkan akan diikuti sejumlah seribu orang, dan berdemonstrasi di depan gerbang belakang kantor Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Grobogan.
Pemberitahuan itu membuat personel pengamanan dari TNI, Polri dan Satpol PP cukup banyak. Bahkan, di depan kantor Disnakertrans sampai disiagakan mobil water canon milik Polres Grobogan. Namun yang datang mengikuti aksi unjuk rasa tersebut, hanya belasan saja.
Dalam aksinya, belasan buruh itu menuntut agar terwujudnya upah layak di Kabupaten Grobogan. Selain itu, mereka juga menuntut agar dihapuskannya sistem kontrak menjadi pekerja tetap.
’’Pertama, supaya upah layak di Kabupaten Grobogan. Kedua, pekerja karyawan kontrak diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap, dan ketiga kami minta Disnakertrans menjadi pengawas ketenagakerjaan,’’ ujar Agus Riyanto, koordinator aksi.(Redaksi Swanara)
