Tangerang – Kepolisian menetapkan status pelaku pembunuhan dan penganiayaan, B (23) sebagai tersangka dan dijerat dengan pasal berlapis. Hal ini dilakukan setelah pemeriksaan oleh pihak penyidik.
“Sudah-sudah ditetapkan tersangka,” jelas Kapolsek Pamulang, Kompol Fiernando Andriansyah, S.H., S.I.K.
Kapolsek mengungkapkan bahwa pelaku dijerat dengan pasal berlapis dengan hukuman maksimal 15 tahun penjara.
“(Pasal) 351 ayat 3 KUHP penganiayaan yang mengakibatkan meninggal dunia atau pasal 338 KUHP pembunuhan,” ungkapnya.
Diketahui, korban atas nama Muhammad Fadli (27) tewas diduga dibunuh pelaku berinsial B (23) di di Jalan Ketapang, Pamulang Barat, Tangsel pada Jumat (21/4/23) pukul 21.30 WIB.
Selain membunuh, pelaku juga menebas tangan sepupunya, Chairy Auriza hingga telapak tangannya kirinya putus. Hal itu terjadi setelah Chairy berusaha melerai yang justru mengenai tangannya.(red)
