Jakarta -;Polisi berhasil menangkap pelaku pelecehan seksual terhadap anak perempuan di bawah umur di Jalan Kp. Salo, Kembangan Utara, Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
“Pelaku adalah seorang pria pedagang tahu bulat berinisial AR (26) yang beralamat di Jl. Jembatan Gantung Gg. Senyum RT.009/006, Kembangan Utara, Kembangan, Jakarta Barat. Sementara korban adalah seorang anak perempuan berinisial AQ (5) yang berasal dari Jalan Kp. Salo, Kembangan Utara, Kembangan, Jakarta Barat,” jelasnya.
Ia menjelaskan, awal mula kejadian, korban menceritakan kepada orang tuanya bahwa pada tanggal 21 Agustus 2023, sekitar pukul 18.00 WIB, saat korban membeli tahu bulat, terlapor menggenggam dan menarik tangan korban ke sebelah kiri korban. Kemudian pelaku melakukan pelecehan seksual kepada korban.
“Korban kemudian menangis dan mengadukan perbuatan terlapor kepada orang tuanya (ibu korban),” jelasnya.
pelapor selaku orang tua dari korban melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polres Metro Jakarta Barat untuk proses lebih lanjut. Kepolisian pun berhasil menangkap pelaku AR di Jalan Kp. Salo, Kembangan Utara, Kembangan, Jakarta Barat pada Senin (28/8/23) sekira pukul 18.00 WIB.
Atas perbuatannya, pelaku disangkakan Pasal 82 UU RI Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas UU RI No. 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak, dengan ancaman penjara maksimal 15 tahun.(Redaksiswanara)
