Jakarta.- Unit Reskrim Polsek Tambora Polres Metro Jakarta Barat menangkap 6 orang pelaku penganiayaan menggunakan senjata tajam terhadap korban berinisial AR (23).
“Berhasil melakukan penangkapan terhadap enam orang pelaku penyerangan dengan senjata tajam,” ujar Kapolsek Tambora Kompol Putra Pratama. S.H., S.I.K., M.H., Senin (13/3/23).
Enam pelaku penyerangan dengan menggunakan senjata tajam berinisial AS, FDC, MS, MFR, SK, RD dengan barang bukti 3 celurit, 1 senjata samurai, 1 golok, 1 sangkur, 1 Sajam jenis Pengait.
Kapolsek Tambora juga menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya menerima laporan kemudian melakukan penyelidikan dan mengumpulkan barang bukti CCTV di sekitar tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) yang kemudian berhasil mengidentifikasi para pelaku.
Atas Tindakannya para pelaku dikenakan dengan Pasal 170 KUHP dan atau Pasal 351 KUHP dan atau Pasal 2 ayat 1 UU Darurat No. 12 Tahun 1951 dengan ancaman pidana hingga 10 tahun.(Redaksiswanara)
