Banyumas – Personil Polisi RW 4 Desa Klahang bersama Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Sokaraja Polresta Banyumas, Polda Jateng, melaksanakan problem solving tentang pertengkaran antara kakak beradik di Desa Klahang Sokaraja, Rabu (31/5/23).
Dalam pelaksanaannya, Bripka Wawan selaku Bhabinkamtibmas bersama Polisi RW 4 Desa Klahang bersama Kepala Desa dan tokoh masyarakat setempat memediasi kedua belah yang merupakan kaka beradik berinisial bapak SW dan ibu SM yang tengah berselisih paham terkait jual beli tanah.
“Atas kejadian itu kedua belah pihak di mediasi oleh Polisi RW 4 Ds Klahang bersama Bhabinkamtibmas dan perangkat desa yang selanjutnya dibuatkan surat kesepakatan bersama”, ungkap Kapolresta Banyumas Kombes Pol Edy Suranta Sitepu, SIK, MH, melalui Kapolsek Sokaraja AKP Soetrisno, SH,.
Dari mediasi yang dilakukan Kapolsek menjelaskan, kedua belah pihak sepakat bahwa permasalahan diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan. Dan jika permasalahan ini belum selesai maka akan di musyawarahkan kembali untuk mendapatkan solusi yang terbaik.
“Mediasi pun berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik, kedua belah pihak yang juga masih memiliki hubungan darah yaitu kakak beradik dan sepakat untuk saling memaafkan perbuatan masing-masing, tidak menuntut proses hukum, dan bersedia menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dengan musyawarah kekeluargaan”, ungkap Kapolsek.
Kapolsek juga menyebutkan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk kehadiran Polri di tengah-tengah masyarakat sebagai problem solving dalam permasalahan warga.
“Dengan adanya Polisi RW dan Bhabinkamtibmas ini diharapkan dapat menjadi problem solving di tengah-tengah warga sehingga apa bila ada permasalahan dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat”, ungkap Kapolsek.
