Jakarta – Polisi menetapkan oknum petugas PPSU Kelurahan Rawa Barat berinisial Z sebagai tersangka kasus penganiayaan terhadap pacarnya.
Diduga penganiayaan dilakukan lantaran pelaku cemburu dengan kekasihnya.
“Sudah diproses. Kepolisian menindaklanjuti sebagai tersangka,” jelas Kapolsek Mampang Prapatan, Kompol Supriadi, Rabu (10/8/2022).
Sementara korban berinisial E, lanjut Supriadi, sudah bersedia untuk dilakukan visum. Dia menyebut kondisi E secara psikologis belum diketahui, namun sudah dapat pendampingan secara psikisnya.
“Dari Pemda yang bawa kemarin tuh, sampai sekarang juga E tidak bikin laporan. (Laporan) Model A. Visum mau,” tuturnya.
Atas perbuatannya, pelaku Z akan dikenakan dengan Pasal 351 tentang Penganiayaan. Adapun ancamannya berupa hukuman penjara paling lama dua tahun delapan bulan.
“(Pelaku disangkakan) Pasal 351,” ujarnya.
Sebelumnya, video yang menayangkan oknum petugas PPSU menendang kekasihnya hingga tersungkur viral di media sosial. Selain menendang, pria itu kemudian mengambil motor dan langsung menabrakkannya ke arah PPSU wanita tersebut.
Aksi pelaku ini mendapat perhatian serius dari Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan. Anies menegaskan tidak ada ruang bag pelaku kekerasan dan pelecehan di seluruh lingkungan kerja Pemprov DKI Jakarta.
“Pelaku kekerasan di video yang viral sudah kami ketahui dan langsung dipecat hari itu juga, lalu diserahkan kepada polisi untuk ditindak secara hukum,” tutur Anies dikutip dari laman Instagramnya @aniesbaswedan, Rabu (10/8/2022).(Redaksi Swanara)
