Dalam penggerebekan tersebut, Selasa (23/5/23) petugas berhasil menyita barang bukti 28 unit sepeda motor berbagai merek dan menangkap tiga orang sebagai penadah.
“Awalnya Sat Narkoba, Sat Samapta dan Sat Reskrim Polrestabes Medan menggelar operasi gabungan dengan sasaran pencurian sepeda motor dan narkoba,” ungkapnya.
Kompol Fathir Mustafa mengatakan saat tiba di lokasi personel Sat Reskrim Polrestabes Medan menerima laporan adanya rumah yang dijadikan sebagai gudang penyimpanan sepeda motor.
Dari laporan tersebut, personel langsung turun ke lapangan melakukan penggerebekan dan berhasil menyita sebanyak 28 unit sepeda motor hasil pencurian dan menangkap tiga orang sebagai penadah.
Kompol Fathir mengungkapkan, ke 28 sepeda motor yang disita telah dibawa ke Polrestabes Medan, sedangkan tiga orang penadah tengah menjalani pemeriksaan.
Saat ini seluruh sepeda motor tersebut masih diidentifikasi terkait dengan nomor kendaraan serta kepemilikannya.
