Medan – Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara melalui Satuan Ditresnarkoba berhasil menggagalkan penyelundupan narkotika jenis sabu seberat 45 kg dari Malaysia yang diedarkan di Aceh – Medan dan Lampung, yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan jaringan sebelumnya sebanyak 20 kg sabu.
“Dua dari enam tersangka 45 kilogram sabu itu merupakan bagian dari jaringan Aceh-Medan-Lampung,” ujarnya.
Tersangka kasus sabu seberat 20 kg, M Yakob alias Acob, sudah divonis hukuman seumur hidup, sedangkan dua tersangka sabu 45 kg yakni S merupakan menantu Yacob, sedangkan MM anak kandungnya.
“Kedua tersangka bersama empat tersangka lainnya merupakan pengungkapan jaringan narkoba yang dikendalikan dari dalam Lapas oleh N alias Agam (napi narkoba) dan anak-menantu M Yacob merupakan pintu masuk terungkapnya jaringan sabu yang dipasok dari seorang Warga Negara Malaysia, yaitu A,” jelasnya.
Dari mobil yang dikendarai kedua tersangka, polisi menyita dua karung goni plastik warna putih di dalamnya masing-masing terdapat 40 bungkus plastik seberat 1 kg, sehingga dari kedua karung goni tersebut jumlah keseluruhannya sebanyak 40 kg sabu-sabu.
polisi juga menemukan lima bungkus plastik sabu-sabu dengan berat keseluruhan 5 kg yang disembunyikan dalam bagasi mobil yang ditumpangi S dan MM tersebut.
Kedua tersangka diringkus di Jalan Lintas Medan-Banda Aceh di Sungai Lueng, Langsa Timur, Kota Langsa, Aceh.
“Dari keterangan S dan MM, narkoba diperoleh atas suruhan W kini masih penyelidikan, di Simpang Opak, Aceh Tamiang. W menyuruh anak dan menantu Yacob untuk menyerahkan sabu-sabu ke MR,” ujarnya.
Kombes. Pol. Hadi Wahyudi, menambahkan kemudian pihaknya menangkap MR bersama TM di Jalan Lintas Aceh-Medan, Peureulak, Aceh Timur dengan mobil yang digunakan. Dari keterangan MR, sabu-sabu tersebut akan diserahkan kepada NF yang kemudian berhasil ditangkap di pinggir Jalan Lintas Banda Aceh-Aceh.
“Ternyata, 45 kg sabu yang berhasil kita ungkap dari anak dan menantu M Yacob tersebut akan diserahkan kepada seseorang di Lampung atas suruhan A, seorang napi di Lapas,” katanya.(Redaksiswanara)
