Agam -. Polres Agam, Polda Sumatera Barat melalui Tim Operasional (Opsnal) Satreskrim berhasil menangkap empat orang diduga pelaku pencurian mesin di salah satu bengkel di Jorong Gasan Ketek, Nagari Tiku Selatan, Kecamatan Tanjung Mutiara, Sabtu (29/7) sekitar pukul 07.00 WIB.
Kasatreskrim Polres Agam, AKP Efrian Mustaqim Batiti, mengatakan keempat pelaku dengan inisial MW (35), MA (27), M (33) dan A (33) semuanya warga Jorong Gasan Kaciak, Nagari Tiku Selatan, Kecamatan Tanjung Mutiara, Kabupaten Agam.
“Tidak ada perlawanan dari keempat pelaku saat penangkapan dan mereka diamankan di rumahnya,” ujarnya.
AKP Efrian Mustaqim Batiti, mengatakan anggota berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa mesin kating ukuran besar, mesin las, mesin kating ukuran kecil, mesin gerinda, mesin bor beton, mesin bor magnet dan mesin ukir.
Barang bukti itu diamankan saat di simpan di atas loteng rumah MA di Jorong Gasan Kaciak, Nagari Tiku Selatan, Kecamatan Tanjung Mutiara.
“Pelaku dan barang bukti langsung dibawa ke Polsek Tanjung Mutiara. Setelah itu diamankan ke Mapolres Agam untuk proses selanjutnya,” jelasnya.
Ia menjelaskan, penangkapan empat pelaku itu berawal dari laporkan kasus pencarian dari Arif Fadillah ke Polsek Tanjung Mutiara, dengan Laporan Polisi Nomor LP / B / 13 / V / 2023 / SPKT. Polsek Tanjung Mutiari/Polres Agam/Polda Sumbar tanggal 12 Mei 2023.
Kejadian pencurian peralatan bengkel milik korban yang terletak di Jorong Gasan Kaciak, Nagari Tiku Selatan, Kecamatan Tanjung Mutiara, diketahuinya pada Jumat 12 Mei 2023 sekitar pukul 13.20 WIB.
Berdasarkan informasi pelapor tersebut, kemudian Tim Opsnal melakukan penyelidikan serius tentang kebenaran informasi yang dilaporkan tersebut.
Kemudian didapat informasi bahwa yang diduga melakukan pencurian tersebut ialah empat pelaku dan langsung menangkap pelaku di rumahnya Jorong Gasan Kaciak, Nagari Tiku Selatan, Kecamatan Tanjung Mutiara.
“Salah satu pelaku merupakan karyawan korban dan tiga pelaku lainnya tetangga korban. Total kerugian korban sekitar Rp80 juta,” jelasnya.
keempat pelaku tindak pidana pencurian diancam Pasal 363 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal tujuan tahun penjara.(Redaksiswanara)
