Banyuwangi – Polresta Banyuwangi, Polda Jatim berhasil membongkar kasus penyalahgunaan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) subsidi di Bumi Blambangan.
BBM subsidi tersebut berjenis bio solar. BBM itu diduga dibeli dari salah satu SPBU di Kecamatan Kalipuro.
Setelahnya ditimbun di sebuah gudang dan diduga hendak dijual dengan harga yang tidak sesuai aturan.
“Total ada 25 drum yang kami sita, per drum kapasitas 200 liter. Total ada 5 ton yang kami amankan,” ujarnya
Kasus ini terbongkar pada Minggu 16 Juli 2023. Ada 2 tersangka diamankan. Mereka masing-masing pria berinisial HH (38) beralamat di Kelurahan Klatak, Kalipuro dan DAS (40) beralamat di Kebalenan, Banyuwangi.
Mendapatkan informasi adanya penyalahgunaan BBM jenis bio solar bersubsidi,
lalu Tim Tindak Pidana Khusus (Tipidsus) melakukan penyelidikan terkait informasi tersebut pada hari Sabtu (15/7).
pada hari Minggu (16/7), keduanya ditangkap tim Tipidsus Sat Reskrim Polresta Banyuwangi sesaat setelah menjual BBM bersubsidi tersebut kepada seseorang.
“Tim Tipidsus Sat Reskrim Polresta Banyuwangi langsung melakukan penyergapan kendaraan tersebut di Jalan Raya Rogojampi, tepatnya barat lampu merah dan mengamankan kedua pelaku beserta 25 drum berisikan BBM jenis bio solar,” jelasnya.
Mobil yang digunakan H.H dan D.A.S. adalah Truk Cold Diesel. Mereka membeli bio solar bersubsidi kemudian disedot menggunakan pompa untuk dipindahkan ke drum dan ditampung di sebuah gudang.
Kini kedua pelaku mendekam di ruang tahanan di markas Polresta Banyuwangi. Penegak hukum menjerat kedua pelaku dengan Pasal 55 Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 22 Tahun 2001 dengan ancaman hukuman penjara paling lama enam tahun dan denda paling tinggi Rp 60 miliar.(Redaksiswanara)
