Jakarta – Polda Metro Jaya mengungkap satu fakta terkait penangkapan ‘Menteri Pendidikan’ kelompok Khilafatul Muslimin berinisial AS (74). Tersangka diduga telah menyebarkan ajaran khilafah di puluhan sekolah.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Endra Zulpan mengatakan berdasarkan data yang dihimpun setidaknya ada 30 sekolah yang terafiliasi dengan ajaran Khilafatul Muslimin yang dilakukan oleh tersangka AS.
“Hampir 30 sekolah yang sudah terafiliasi dengan ajaran khilafah, dilakukan penanggung jawabnya adalah tersangka AS yang kita tangkap dini hari tadi di kota Mojokerto,” ungkap Zulpan, Senin (13/6/2022).
Kendati begitu, Zulpan belum bisa menjelaskan secara rinci puluhan sekolah terafiliasi dengan ajaran Khilafatul Muslimin. Dia juga tidak menyampaikan soal doktrin yang dilakukan tersangka AS.
“(Daftar sekolah) nanti disampaikannya belum bisa sekarang. Tapi ini sebagai awalan, artinya dari hasil pemeriksaan yang sudah dilakukan. Artinya, ini merupakan dasar penyidik juga melakukan penangkapan terhadap tersangka,” terangnya.
Dengan penangkapan ini, lanjut Zulpan, pihaknya telah mengamankan sekitar enam orang yang terkait kelompok Khilafatul Muslimin. Penyidik masih terus melakukan pengembangkan kasus ini.
“Kita ungkap secara terang benderang, tentunya melibatkan juga pihak-pihak terkait untuk melengkapi keterangan yang dilakukan penyelidik dalam penanganan (kasus) ini,” tukasnya.(red)
