– Polda Metro Jaya akan menggelar Operasi Zebra 2022, yang akan dimulai 3-16 Oktober 2022. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan keamanan, keselamatan, ketertiban, dan kelancaran lalu lintas (Kamseltibcarlantas).
Seperti dikutip dari laman akun Twitter resmi TMC Polda Metro Jaya @TMCPoldaMetro, Kamis (29/9/2022), polisi akan fokus terhadap 14 pelanggaran lalu lintas yang menjadi sasaran operasi.
“Mulai tanggal 03 s/d 16 Oktober 2022 Direktorat Lalu Lintas Polda Metro Jaya akan melaksanakan Kegiatan Operasi Kepolisian Zebra Jaya 2022,” tulis TMC Polda Metro Jaya.
Berikut sasaran Operasi Zebra Jaya 2022:
1. Melawan Arus
Pasal 287. Sanksi denda paling banyak Rp500 ribu.
2. Berkendara di Bawah Pengaruh Alkohol
Pasal 293 UU LLAJ. Sanksi denda paling banyak Rp750 ribu.
3. Menggunakan HP saat Mengemudi
Pasal 283 UU LLAJ. Sanksi denda paling banyak Rp750 ribu.
4. Tidak Menggunakan Helm SNI
Pasal 291. Sanksi denda paling banyak Rp250 ribu
5. Mengemudikan Kendaraan Tanpa Sabuk Pengaman
Pasal 289. Sanksi denda paling banyak Rp250 ribu
6. Melebihi Batas Kecepatan
Pasal 287 Ayat 5. Sanksi denda paling banyak Rp500 ribu
7. Berkendara di Bawah Umur, Tidak memiliki SIM
Pasal 281. Sanksi denda paling banyak Rp1 juta
8. Kendaraan Roda Dua yang Tidak Dilengkapi Perlengkapan Standar
Pasal 285 ayat 1. Sanksi denda paling banyak Rp250 ribu
9. Kendaraan Bermotor Roda Empat atau lebih yang Tidak Memenuhi Persyaratan Layak Jalan
Pasal 286. Sanksi denda maksimal Rp500 ribu
10. Sepeda motor berboncengan lebih dari dua orang
Pasal 292. Sanksi denda paling banyak Rp250 ribu
11. Kendaraan bermotor yang tidak dilengkapi STNK
Pasal 288. Sanksi paling banyak Rp500 ribu
12. Melanggar Bahu Jalan
Pasal 287. Sanksi denda paling banyak Rp750 ribu
13. Kendaraan Bermotor yang Memasang Rotator atau Sirene yang Bukan Peruntukannya Khusus Pelat Hitam
Pasal 287 ayat (24). Sanksi kurungan paling lama 1 bulan atau denda maksimal Rp250 ribu
14. Penertiban kendaraan yang memakan pelat rahasia/pelat dinas.
