SEMARANG – Komplotan pencurian dengan pemberatan (Currat) dengan modus memecah kaca mobil berhasil ditangkap jajaran Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng. Hal tersebut diungkapkan Direktur Reskrimum Kombes Pol Johanson Ronald Simamora didampingi Kabidhumas Kombes Pol Iqbal Alqudusy dalam konferensi pers ungkap kasus di Mapolda Jateng pada Kamis, (9/3/2023).
Tiga orang tersangka tersebut IPM alias DAVIT (31), S alias LIK MAN (40) dan EI alias IIS. Ketiganya berasal dari Kab. Musi Rawas, Sumatera Selatan. Dalam aksinya itu, mereka berbagi peran masing-masing dengan menyasar nasabah bank
“Para tersangka berbagi peran, ada yang bertugas memilih dan mengawasi nasabah calon korban, ada yang mengalihkan perhatian tukang parkir dengan diajak ngobrol, dan ada eksekutor yang memecah kaca mobil korban untuk mengambil barang,” tutur Dirreskrimsus dihadapan media.
Pengungkapan kasus bermula dari laporan korban atas nama KUSWINTO (40), karyawan honorer asal Brebes yang baru saja mengambil uang Rp. 180 juta dari BRI cabang Brebes. Saat tiba di sebuah rumah makan daerah Randugunting Tegal Kota, korban turun untuk makan, sedangkan uang disimpan dalam tas warna hitam dan ditaruh diposisi tempat duduk sebelah samping kemudi.
“Pada saat itulah para tersangka menjalankan aksinya. Tersangka IIS dengan mengendarai motor memboncengkan tsk LIK MAN mendekati mobil sasaran, sedangkan tersangka DAVIT mendekati tukang parkir dan berperan mengalihkan perhatian,” jelasnya.
Selanjutnya tersangka IIS mendekat tepat disisi kiri mobil dan langsung memukul dengan menggunakan cincin yang dilengkapi paku runcing pada bagian kaca pintu mobil kiri depan, dan berhasil mengambil tas yang berisikan uang tunai senilai Rp. 180 juta beserta sejumlah buku tabungan.
“Dari laporan korban di Polres Tegal Kota kemudian ditindaklanjuti dengan menerjunkan tim untuk menyelidiki kasus ini. Hasilnya petugas memperoleh profil para pelaku dan selanjutnya melakukan pengejaran pada pelaku yang sudah di luar kota (Kab. Bogor),” lanjutnya.
Pada hari Senin, (27/2/2023) petugas gabungan dari Polres Tegal Kota dan Resmb Polda Jateng melakukan penangkapan terhadap tersangka DAVIT di Bogor. Petugas juga mengamankan sarana kejahatan berupa satu unit motor Honda Vario Nopol. F-2575-FAS dan sebuah cincin yang dimodifikasi paku runcing.
“Kemudian pada hari Jumat (3/3/2023) tim gabungan bekerjasama dengan Polres Musi Rawas melakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku LIK MAN dan IIS di tempat tinggal masing-masing di Kab. Musi Rawas, Sumatera Selatan,” tuturnya.
Dari hasil pemeriksaan diketahui bahwa para tersangka adalah komplotan lintas propinsi yang melakukan aksi serupa di beberapa tempat. Diantaranya di Pekanbaru Riau pada September 2022, Karanganyar Jawa Tengah di bulan Februari 2023, serta 3 lokasi di Jawa Barat selama rentang Januari hingga Februari 2023. Dari 6 TKP total hasil kejahatan mencapai lebih dari Rp. 500 juta.
“Untuk yang TKP Jateng kita lakukan penyidikan, untuk TKP lain akan kami limpahkan penyidikannya. Jadi masing-masing TKP nanti akan dilakukan penyidikan,” pungkasnya.
Atas perbuatannya, para tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 363 KUHPidana tentang Pencurian Dengan Pemberatan dengan ancaman maksimal Pidana Penjara paling lama 7 Tahun.(Redaksiswanara)
