Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan guna menciptakan situasi Kamtibmas yang aman dan kondusif. Serta menjaga Keamanan, keselamatan,ketertiban dan kelancaran berlalu lintas di wilayah hukum Polsek Sipirok.(Redaksiswanara)
