“Akun tersebut diketahui telah menjual beragam jenis obat dan makanan ilegal dengan volume penjualan lebih dari 10.000 paket dan nilai ekonomi penjualan lebih dari Rp18 miliar. Temuan tersebut hasil investigasi terhadap informasi yang diterima, bahwa terdapat aktivitas penjualan obat dan makanan ilegal di wilayah Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat, yang digunakan sebagai pusat operasional penjualan,” jelasnya.
modus operandi kejahatan ini adalah dengan mengedarkan atau menjual obat dan makanan kepada masyarakat berdasarkan pesanan langsung kepada pelaku sebagai pemilik akun “apotik_resmi” maupun pesanan dari dropshipper yang dikirimkan ke akun itu.
“Pelaku mengelabui masyarakat dengan menggunakan nama akun di marketplace seolah-olah merupakan akun resmi dengan nama “apotik_resmi”,” ungkapnya.
Sedangkan, dalam mekanisme penjualan yang dilakukan, ketika pelaku menerima pesanan dari marketplace, pelaku akan membuat resi pesanan berisi informasi jenis dan jumlah produk yang dipesan disertai dengan alamat tujuan pengiriman. Nantinya resi tersebut dikirimkan kepada karyawan yang berada di gudang penyimpanan melalui aplikasi WhatsApp..(Redaksiswanara)
