Kapolres Lahat AKBP S. Kunto Hartono S.I.K.,M.T Melalui Kapolsek Kikim Timur AKP Asri Basyarudin SH mengungkapkan penyerahan senpi itu didasari karena adanya Operasi Senpi Musi 2023 arahan Kapolda Sumsel. “Diharapkan kepada masyarakat Kikim Tengah yang masih memiliki senpira atau senpi yang tidak memiliki izin penggunaannya untuk segera diserahkan dan atau diperpanjang lagi surat izin penggunaannya,” ungkap Kapolsek Kikim Timur.
“Kami berharap masyarakat dapat mengerti tentang bahaya memiliki senjata api, hal itu untuk mengantisipasi premanisme di wilayah hukum Polres Lahat khususnya Kecamatan Kikim Tengah serta dapat bekerjasama dengan masyarakat dalam menjaga Harkamtibmas,” Ungkap Kapolsek Kikim Tengah.(Redaksiswanara)
