Nias Barat. Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Pratama Baru yg berlokasi di Lologolu, kecamatan Mandrehe, Kab. Nias Barat, Provinsi Sumatera Utara sampai hari ini 27-2-2023 belum selesai dan masih sangat banyak pekerjaan fisik bangunan yang kondisi pengerjaannya jauh dari kata selesai.
Sesuai dengan pantauan tim Swanara yang melihat langsung di lokasi maka terlihat padapapan pengumuman proyek tertera batas penyelesaian 31 Desember 2022 dan sesuai informasinyangbkami himpun telah diberi perpanjangan waktu selama 60 hari kalender yakni sampai 28-2-2023.
Melihat batas waktu penyelesaian yang tinggal 1 hari kerja lagi maka sangat dan tidak mungkin bisa diselesaikan sesuai waktu yang telah ditentukan yakni selasa, 28 -2-2023 ini.
Sesuai dengan pantauan tim Swanara seperti foto-foto bangunan yang sempat kami ambil gambarnya Minggu, 26-2-2023 maka jika penyeselesaian proyek ini adalah sampai tgl 28-2-2023 maka mustahil bisa selesai.
Kami mencoba menghubungi Dinas terkait dalam hal ini adalah PUPR Nias Barat lewat sambungan telpon tetapi Kadis tersebut belum bisa kami hubungi karena telpon selularnya tidak aktif.
Menurut sumber yang sempat kami minta informasi dilapangan bahwa pembangunan proyek ini tidak di asistensi oleh PUPR Nias Barat, shingga menurut sumber yang tidak mau disebutkan namanya bahwa Kadis PUPR Nias Barat tidak tahu sama sekali tentang proyek ini shingga ada “kemungkinan” pemakaian bahan material proyek yang tidak sesuai dengan speksifikasinya.
Oleh karena itu masyararakat Nias Barat banyak yang berharap kepada semua pihak yang terkait, baik pihak Kementrian, BPK, Insperktorat dan lembaga hukum lainnya untuk segera melakukan investigasi dilapangan untuk mencegah hal-hal yang berpotensi melanggar aturan dan mencegah potensi terjadinya kerugian keuangan negara.
Perlu diketahui bahwa pada bulan Desember 2022 lalu pemberitaan perihal ini sangat viral dimana waktu itu menurut consultant proyek bahwa progres pekerjaan telah mencapai 86% dan sisa pekerjaan yang belum selesai telah diberi kompensasi waktu penyelesaian yakni 60 hari kalender shingga berakhir tgl 28-2-2023 ini. Kita berharap kepada pihak kontraktor untuk bisa menyelesaikan sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan untuk menghindari pelanggaran aturan dan undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan proyek Pemerintah.
