Dalam pengesahan Dan penetapan perdes Desa layak Anak di hadiri oleh tiga pilar dan Kepala Desa Harjo Mulyo Kartono
,LPM,porum anak Desa,karang taruna Ibu PKK.
Dengan adanya Desa layak Anak untuk mempermudah akses pelayanan bagi semua masyarakat Desa Harjo Mulyo lebih dekat dan cepat,
Jadi dengan adanya Desa layak Anak ini bagi masyarakat pinggiran tidak terlalu jauh dan tidak ribet.
Mohammad Afgan f pembina Rumah Desa mengatakan agar semua elemen masyarakat ikut berpartisipasi mensosialisasikan dan mengimplementasikan kepada semua unsur masyarakat atau elemen masyarakat bahwa Desa Harjo Mulyo sudah jadi Desa layak Anak, tuturnya.
