Jakarta – Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Metro Jakarta Barat bergerak cepat mengamankan pelaku penganiayaan dan kekerasan seksual (pemerkosaan) di kantor ekspedisi di Taman Surya 2 Pegadungan Kalideres Jakarta Barat, Minggu (29/1/2023).
Korban berinisial YO (19) merupakan karyawan ekspedisi mendapatkan penganiayaan dan juga kekerasan seksual dari mantan kekasihnya sendiri berinisial SY als SAM (23)
Kasat Reserse Kriminal Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Kompol Haris Kurniawan didampingi Kanit PPA Akp Reliana mengatakan, pihaknya berhasil mengamankan pelaku penganiayaan dan juga pemerkosaan berinsial SY als SAM (23) yang merupakan mantan kekasih korban berinisial YO (19).
“Motif nya karena pelaku terbakar api cemburu, karena korban YO setelah putus dengan tersangka SY alias SAM dekat dengan orang lain yaitu Sdr. R,” ujar Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Kompol Haris Kurniawan saat press conference di Mapolres, Senin (29/1/2023).
Setelah melakukan aksi kekerasan terhadap korban yang merupakan mantan kekasihnya tersebut lanjut Haris mengatakan pelaku timbul hasrat untuk melakukan persetubuhan terhadap korban.
“Alasan melakukan persetubuhan tersebut oleh pelaku beralasan untuk meredam amarahnya pelaku,” terangnya.
Lebih jauh haris mengatakan peristiwa pemerkosaan itu terjadi pada Sabtu (14/1/2023) sekitar pukul 12.30 WIB.
Kala itu SY als SAM terbakar cemburu lantaran korban (YO) menjalin hubungan dengan teman satu kantornya ekspedisi SAM pun langsung menghampiri YO dan kekasihnya di kantor ekspedisi.
Ketika masuk ke lantai dua kantor, SAM langsung melempar helm ke arah kekasih YO yang sedang tidur.
YO yang melihat aksi tersebut pun langsung melerai keduanya demi menghindari pertikaian. Karena masih terbakar emosi, SAM lalu menarik YO ke lantai tiga kantor.
Beberapa orang di lantai dua kala itu pun tidak berusaha menyusul korban dan pelaku.
“Mereka pikir YO dan SAM ini ke atas hanya mau menyelesaikan masalah saja. Jadi dibiarkanlah mereka berdua,” kata Haris.
Bukan menyelesaikan masalah, SAM malah menganiaya YO dan memperkosanya. Aksi bejad itu pun direkam SAM dan dijadikan sebagai alat untuk mengancam korban.
“Korban bilang kalau melapor ke polisi, rekaman ini menyebar di medsos,” jelas dia.
Korban pun akhirnya pulang dan melaporkan peristiwa itu ke Polres Metro Jakarta Barat pada 16 Januari 2023.
Di bawah pimpinan kanit krimum Akp Avrilendy dan Kasubnit Jatanras Iptu M Rizky Ali Akbar pelaku YO als SAM pun tertangkap di kawasan Tambora, Jakarta Barat tanpa perlawanan.
“Sebelumnya yang bersangkutan sempat melarikan diri ke Tanggerang dan kembali lagi ke Jakarta,” jelas dia.
Atas perbuatannya, SAM dikenakan Pasal 6 huruf B UU RI nomor 12 tahun 2002 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual dan Pasal 289 KUHP dan atau Pasal 351 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman pidana penjara 12 tahun dan denda Rp 300.000.000.(redaksi Swanara)
