“Pangdam I/BB memberikan rasa hormat, bangga dan ucapan terima kasih kepada Babinsa Sertu Partogi Sihombing yang karena informasinya menjadikan tim Intel berhasil membekuk dan membongkar jaringan narkoba di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu,” ucap Kapendam I/BB, Kolonel Inf Rico J Siagian, SSos, meneruskan apresiasi Pangdam dari Media Center Kodam Bukit Barisan, Jln Gatot Subroto Km 7,5 Medan, Kamis (6/4/2023).
Dijelaskan Kapendam, berdasarkan informasi dari Dandim 0209/LB, Letkol Inf Muhammad Faizal Rangkuti, SIP, MIP, pengungkapan jaringan narkoba asal Lapas Klas IIA Lobusona Rantauprapat itu bermula dari aduan masyarakat kepada Babinsa yang kemudian diteruskan kepada Unit Intel Kodim 0209/LB.
“Dari pengembangan informasi dan penyidikan di lapangan, Tim Unit Intel Kodim 0209/LB yang dipimpin Pasi Intel, Kapten Inf Guntur Wibowo, SSos, akhirnya berhasil membekuk KAL (52), terduga pengedar sabu-sabu di kawasan perkebunan sawit di Dusun Tanjung Makmur, Desa Tanjung Harapan, Kecamatan Pangkatan, Labuhanbatu, pada Rabu (5/4/2023) sekitar pukul 13.15 Wib,” terang Kapendam.
Dari tangan KAL yang digerebek di pondoknya di kawasan perkebunan sawit itu, lanjut Kolonel Rico, Tim Unit Intel Kodim 0209/LB berhasil menemukan narkoba jenis sabu dalam kemasan empat bungkus plastik klip bening.
Kemudian ditemukan juga sejumlah barang bukti lainnya, yakni 1 buah timbangan elektrik, 1 buah bong, 1 buah kaca pirex, uang tunai Rp. 1.630.000 (hasil penjualan narkoba), 2 buah mancis, 1 buah gunting, 1 buah senter kepala dan 1 buah handphone merek Vivo.
Setelah mengamakan KAL berikut barang bukti, Tim Unit Intel Kodim 0209/LB kemudian melakukan interogasi. Hasilnya, KAL mengaku jika narkoba jenis sabu-sabu itu dibelinya dari KLK, seorang napi Klas IIA Lobusona Rantauprapat.
“Pengakuan KAL, sabu-sabu diperolehnya dari KLK sebanyak 30 gram dengan nilai Rp18 juta, yang pembayarannya ditransfer secara bertahap setelah barang terjual,” ungkap Kolonel Rico, seraya menambahkan bahwa KAL telah diserahkan ke Satuan Narkoba Polres Labuhanbatu untuk diproses hukum di hari saat penangkapan.
