REMBANG – Musibah kebakaran terjadi di Desa Kalitengah RT 3 RW 1 Kecamatan Pancur Kabupaten Rembang.
Sebuah pabrik kerupuk UD Rahayu Makmur ludes terbakar pada Sabtu 14 Januari 2023 sekira pukul 20.00 WIB. Pabrik kerupuk tersebut merupakan milik warga setempat bernama Supriyono (43).
Informasi yang disampaikan oleh Mapolsek Pancur, kronologi kejadian bermula saat tiga pekerja yang merupakan saksi mata, masing-masing Suntono (45), warga Tasikagung Rembang, Nursalim (30) warga Ngroto Pancur serta Imam Mustain (28) warga Padaran Rembang berisitirahat setelah bekerja menggoreng kerupuk di pabrik.
Mereka istirahat di area luar pabrik. Diduga, saksi satu beristirahat meninggalkan tungku untuk menggoreng kerupuk dalam kondisi menyala.
Sedangkan di atasnya masih terdapat wajan penggorengan berisi minyak goreng panas. Selang 30 menit, para pekerja yang beristirahat itu tiba-tiba melihat kobaran api besar di atas bangunan pabrik.
Mereka yang kaget selanjutnya bergegas masuk ke dalam pabrik untuk mengecek. Benar saja, di dalam api sudah berkobar membakar atap bangunan di atas tungku yang terbuat dari bambu dan kayu.
Para pekerja selanjutnya berusaha melakukan pemadaman dengan menyiram api menggunakan air dan pasir.
Namun karena bangunan terbuat dari bambu dan kayu akhirnya api cepat membesar dan merambat ke titik lainnya. Karena kewalahan, mereka akhirnya meminta pertolongan kepada warga sekitar untuk berusaha memadamkan api.
Kapolsek Pancur Iptu Ali Nurmukit di konfirmasi pagi ini, Minggu (15/01) mengungkapkan, Setelah mendapatkan informasi masyarakat, dua unit pemadam kebakaran sampai di lokasi sekira pukul 20.30 WIB.
Dibantu warga, regu pemadam kebakaran bahu-membahu berusaha memadamkan api yang berkobar besar. Sekira pukul 22.00 WIB, api sudah dapat dilakukan pemadaman dan petugas selanjutnya melakukan pendinginan.
“ Penyebab kebakaran diduga disebabkan oleh tungku penggorengan dengan kayu sebagai bahan bakarnya yang masih menyala yang di atasnya masih ada wajan berisi minyak panas. Minyak gorengnya selanjutnya terbakar karena panas,” jelas Ali.
Akibat kejadian kebakaran tersebut, korban mengalami kerugian hingga sekira Rp 300 juta. Sejumlah barang berharga yang ikut terbakar antara lain adalah 1 unit mesin pembuat/pencetak kerupuk, 1 unit mesin molen pengaduk kerupuk, serta 1 unit alat pengering kerupuk.
Selain itu, ada juga bahan baku berupa tepung dan bangunan gudang terbuat dari Kayu dan bambu yang juga ikut ludes terbakar.
