BOGOR, (31/3/2023) – Bertempat di PT Eiger di Desa Sukagalih Kecamatan Megamendung Kabupaten Bogor telah dilaksanakan kunjungan kerja Menteri A TR/BPN RI Marsekal TNI (Purn) Dr.Hadi Tjahjanto, S.I.P. Kamis kemarin 30 Maret 2023.
Kunjungan kerja Menteri Atr/Bpn yaitu untuk meninjau objek pemulihan aset berbasis kerakyatan di areal PTPN VIII Mega Mendung Kabupaten Bogor.
Dalam sambutannya direktur utama PT Eiger Adventure land menyampaikan bahwa perusahaan Eiger akan terus melestarikan alam.
Ia pun mengatakan bahwa ia terinspirasi melihat Amerika yang bisa memanfaatkan alam dengan baik yang seharusnya tidak kalah dengan keindahan seperti alam di Indonesia.
“Rencananya target bulan 11 tahun ini kami akan meresmikan pembangunan tahap 1.” Ucapnya.
Dan terkait hal tersebut Dirut perhutani Didi Prasetyo mengatakan bahwa total lahan garapan yaitu seluas 1623,92 hektar terdapat permasalahan serupa okupasi oleh warga. Dan lahan 248 penggarap ilegal 359.000 hektar.
Pada kesempatan yang sama Dirut PTPN VIII Bambang Abdul Gani menyampaikan bahwa ada 200 h tanah milik PTPN yang di okupasi oleh masyarakat oleh karena itu ia memohon kepada Menteri untuk membantu menertibkan lahan tersebut dengan bisa menertibkan HGU di atas HPL.
Sedangkan menteri ATR/BPN mengungkapkan bahwa banyak opsi yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk menangani okupasi dengan HGB di atas HPL.
Dan ada 728 HGU akan kita ubah menjadi HPL yang terpenting aset PTPN tidak hilang seperti melibat pihak swasta dalam mengoptimalkan Aset salah satunya PT. EMPI.(Redaksiswanara)
