Jakarta – Maraknya pemberitaan terkait pengembalian Brigjen Endar Priantoro ke instansi Polri oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) medapatkan perhatian publik seperti datang dari Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Lembaga Pemuda Pemerhati Indonesia
Melalui ketua Umum DPP LPPI Dedi Siregar, menyebutkan, apa yang telah diputuskan oleh KPK sudah sesuai dengan mekanisme yang berlaku. KPK mengambil keputusan tersebut diambil dengan dasar masa penugasan dari Polri kepada Endar di KPK telah habis.
“Pengembalian Brigjen Endar ke instansi Polri sudah melalui prosedur, keputusan KPK sudah sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku, ini diputuskan melalui hasil rapat lima komisioner KPK, jadi jika ada yang mengatakan bahwa Keputusan itu keputusan Ketua KPK itu adalah keliru, sedangkan keputusan terbut ialah putusan kolektif kolegial
Untuk diketahui, KPK memberhentikan dengan hormat Endar dari jabatannya sebagai Direktur Penyelidikan. Hal itu sebagaimana tertuang dalam Surat Sekjend KPK tertanggal 31 Maret 2023 yang ditujukan kepada Polri. KPK mengembalikan Endar ke instansi asalnya yakni Polri.
Pemberhentian Brigjen Endar oleh KPK telah melalui prosedur yang tidak melanggar hukum. Pertama, karena masa penugasan yang sudah habis. Kedua, dilakukan melalui rapat lima pimpinan KPK. Ketiga, sudah sesuai dengan Pasal 10 ayat (2) Peraturan Kapolri 4/2017 dan yang keempat
Polemik antara Ketua KPK Firli Bahuri dan Direktur Penyelidikan KPK Brigjen Endar Priantoro menjadi sorotan publik sampai Presiden Jokowi pun buka suara Presiden Jokowi mengatakan agar di jalankan sesuai mekanisme peraturan yang ada, ” Arahan Presiden Jokowi jelas agar jangan gaduh. Keputusan yang diambil oleh 5 pimpinan KPK adalah hal yang lumrah dan wajar, serta sudah memenuhi aturan yang ada ”
Dedi menilai, alih tugas maupun promosi jabatan memang kerap terjadi dan sudah menjadi lumrah Namun, jika digolongkan kedalam intrik sangat wajar Brigjen Endar mendapatkan Promosi di intitusi Polri karena kinerjanya selama di KPK
Untuk itu, Organisasi Kepemudaan ini mendorong agar KPK fokus dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, dalam mengusut tuntas kasus-kasus korupsi, seperti beberapa waktu yang lalu KPK berhasil mengamankan 25 orang dalam OTT Bupati Kepulauan Meranti kami mengucapkan apresiasi yang tinggi karena kami melihat ini adalah bukti bahwa KPK menjalankan komitmen KPK berantas korupsi
“Kami minta KPK tetap pokus pada tusinya, mengusut kasus korupsi di negara in menyelamatkan aset Negara, Kita harus fokus pada pemberantasan korupsinya, jika ada kasus-kasus korupsi maka patut kita laporkan ke KPK untuk membantu KPK dalam memberantas korupsi.
