Lima Polwan menerima penghargaan atas kinerja, dedikasi dan loyalitas yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugas kedinasan di bidang tugasnya masing-masing. Mereka adalah Aiptu Ida Kurniasih Baur Sipropam, Aiptu Yuni Ristiyani Bamin Sium, Aipda Aprilia Kasium Polsek Padamara, Aipda Purwanti Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Kalimanah dan Briptu Isma Bamin Bagsdm.
Kapolres Purbalingga AKBP Era Johny Kurniawan mengatakan memang berat sebagai seorang Polwan. Selain tugas-tugas kedinasan juga memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar terhadap keluarga. Bagaimana Polwan harus melaksanakan tugas juga harus menjadi seorang istri bagi suaminya dan ibu bagi anak-anaknya.
“Namun saya yakin dan percaya, seluruh Polwan Polres Purbalingga mampu melaksanakannya. Hal tersebut terbukti bahwa tidak ada pelanggaran yang dilakukan Polwan Polres Purbalingga saat ini,” ucap Kapolres.
Disampaikan bahwa Polwan Polres Purbalingga bahkan dapat mengukir sejumlah prestasi. Salah satunya Polwan yang dapat penghargaan berupa Juara Favorit Suara Hati Anak Polwan di Tingkat Mabes. Selain itu, ada juga Polwan Polres Purbalingga yang lolos dalam tahapan seleksi menjadi ajudan Menteri Republik Indonesia.
“Atas nama pribadi dan keluarga besar Polres Purbalingga serta masyarakat Kabupaten Purbalingga, mengucapkan selamat hari jadi Polwan ke-74,” ucapnya.
Kapolres berpesan agar Polwan Polres Purbalingga tetap melaksanakan tugas dengan baik, jaga kehormatan diri, kehormatan keluarga dan institusi. Laksanakan sinergitas dengan rekan-rekan Kowad, Wara dan Satpol PP untuk mendukung pelaksanaan tugas.
Acara syukuran Hari Jadi Polwan ke-74 diisi dengan penayangan selayang pandang kegiatan Polwan Polres Purbalingga. Dilakukan pemotongan tumpeng dan kue ulang tahun oleh Kapolres dan Ketua Bhayangkari diberikan kepada Polwan Senior dan Polwan termuda.
