Jakarta – Korlantas Polri mulai mempersiapkan jalur mudik Lebaran Idul Fitri 2023 yang masih tiga setengah bulan lagi, tepatnya 21–23 April 2023.
“Kita harapkan nanti menjelang Lebaran 2023 apa yang kemarin Lebaran tahun lalu belum sempurna kita sempurnakan. Tahun kemarin ada satu ruas jalan yang belum menjadi pilihan masyarakat, jalur pansel (pantura selatan),” jelas Kakorlantas Polri, Irjen Pol. Firman Santyabudi dalam keterangannya, Rabu, (4/1/23).
Irjen Pol. Firman Santyabudi mengatakan akan mengevaluasi jalan yang biasa dilewati pemudik bersama stakeholder terkait. Hal tersebut juga telah disampaikan oleh Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) dan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono.
“Ada jalan yang belum ada penerangan, belum ada pom bensin, tempat istirahat, rumah makan, masyarakat masih cenderung memilih jalan tol dan arteri biasa. Kita maklum masyarakat ingin aman juga saat puasa,” papar Jenderal Bintang Dua tersebut.
Kakorlantas Polri mengimbau kepada masyarakat agar mengemudi dalam keadaan bugar untuk menghindari kecelakaan.
