Jakarta – Komisi Kepolisian Nasional (Kompolnas) mendapat informasi bahwa Bidang Propam Polda Riau segera menggelar Sidang Komisi Kode Etik Polri (KKEP) terkait kasus viral curhatan Bripka Andry Darma Irawan yang terkena mutasi dan memberikan setoran ratusan juta kepada atasannya.
“Propam akan segera menggelar sidang KKEP Bripka Andry yang diduga melanggar kode etik dengan memberikan setoran kepada Danyon, padahal seharusnya yang bersangkutan wajib menolak perintah atasan yang bertentangan dengan hukum,” ujarnya.
Kasus Bripka Andry menjadi perhatian serius Kompolnas dengan mengirimkan surat klarifikasi kepada Polda Riau. Saat ini, surat tersebut sedang dalam tahap pengiriman. Menurut Poengky, kasus dugaan setoran ke atasan Bripka Andry sendiri sudah ditangani Bidang Propam Polda Riau sejak Maret 2023.
“Selain itu, yang bersangkutan (Bripka Andry) juga telah melakukan desersi,” terangnya.
Menurut Poengky, tindakan Bripka Andry curhat di sosial media sebagai perbuatan keliru. Personel Polri memiliki aturan sendiri dalam menyampaikan uneg-unegnya.
Curhatan yang viral tersebut telah mencoreng nama institusi Polri. Padahal, personel polisi harus siap ditempati di mana saja di seluruh Indonesia. Sikap Bripka Andry yang curhat karena dimutasi sebagai bentuk pembangkangan.
