“Bahwa tadi sudah kami laksanakan gelar perkara secara transparan dengan dihadiri pengawas eksternal, internal (Itwasda), Kompolnas, Kabid Propam, IDI, Dokter Forensik yang dihadiri pula pihak keluarga dan kuasa hukum korban”, Ungkapnya
Tujuan dilaksanakannnya gelar ialah supaya ada komunikasi langsung antara penyidik, pihak keluarga dan para ahli.
“Hari ini kita semua telah mendengar jawban dari Dokter ahli forensik, bahwa kematian alm. Advent tidak ada kaitannya dengan luka yang dialami melainkan meninggal dikarnakan sakit jantung yang dideritanya” Jelasnya
Sambungnya, tadi pihak keluarga menyampaikan ke saya, ingin mengadu ke Kompolnas dikarnakan ingin mendalami lebih lanjut kasus ini.
“Saya mempersilahkan, kepada pihak keluarga bahwa kami terbuka dan akan kami tindak lanjuti, tentu ini kami hormati atas keinginan pihak keluarga” Ungkapnya
Benny Mamoto juga menyampaikan apresiasi kepada Kapolda Lampung dan Wakapolda Lampung dengan cepat memimpin tim khsusus secara langsung, sehingga kasus ini dapat diseleasikan dengan transparan dan akuntabel yang dapat disampaikan kepada masyarakat.(Redaksiswanara)
