Bandung- Komplotan pencuri kain Woven dari sebuah gudang di kawasan Kopo, Margahayu Selatan, Kabupaten Bandung diamankan Polisi.
Kabid Humas Polda Jabar, Kombes Pol Ibrahim Tompo S.I.K., M.Si mengatakan, total ada enam pelaku yang diamankan berinisial MS, DS, YS, SR, MM, TG dan satu masuk daftar pencarian orang (DPO) berinisial Y.
Ke enam pelaku itu diamankan lantaran diduga melakukan pencurian dengan pemberatan di sebuah gudang CV. G di daerah Margahayu Kopo, 28 Juni 2022.
Ada pun modus yang dilakukan para pelaku yakni dengan masuk ke dalam gudang menggunakan tangga, kemudian membawa Wovven untuk dijual kepada penadah.
“Jadi, para pelaku ini memarkirkan kendaraannya di depan gudang, kemudian mereka membagi tugas ada yang berjaga dan membawa kain Wovven yang tersimpan di dalam gundang tersebut,” ujar Ibrahim Tompo.
Para pelaku berhasil membawa 159 roll kain dari gudang tersebut yang kemudian dijual kepada seorang penadah berinisial MA di kawasan Karasak Moch. Toha Kota Bandung.
“Kepada penadah pelaku menjual barang curiannya senilai Rp.93.412.000,-” katanya.
Polisi juga turut mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti seperti rekaman CCTV, kendaraan yang digunakan pelaku serta empat unit sepeda motor.
Akibat perbuatannya, para pelaku dijerat pasal 363 KUHP dan atau pasal 480 KUHPIDANA dengan ancaman hukuman 9 tahun kurungan penjara.(Redaksi Swanara)
