Palangka Raya – Komando Distrik Militer (Kodim) 1016/Palangka Raya salurkan zakat berupa beras dan minyak goreng dari keluarga besar H Abdul Rasyid AS dan Hj Nuriyah yang merupakan owner dari Abdul Rasyid Foundation atau pemilik PT. Citra Borneo Indah (CBI) Grup, Rabu 19 April 2023.
Kegiatan penyaluran zakat tersebut dilaksanakan di Aula Makodim 1016/Plk, Jalan Ahmad Yani dan di Makoramil 1016-02/Bukit Batu, Palangka Raya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut Dandim 1016/Plk, Letkol Czi Wiwid Wahyu Hidayat mengatakan, pembagian zakat dari pengusaha nasional asal Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat tersebut disalurkan melalui sistem kupon.
“Setiap warga yang menerima telah kita berikan kupon sebelumnya. Masing-masing warga penerima zakat diberikan jatah 10 kilogram beras dan dua liter minyak goreng kemasan,” jelasnya.
Zakat dari pengusaha Haji Abdul Rasyid tersebut disalurkan kepada warga kurang mampu yang berada di wilayah Teritorial Kodim 1016/Palangka Raya.
“Kami berterima kasih kepada bapak Haji Abdul Rasyid AS beserta keluarga atas kepercayaannya untuk menyalurkan zakat berupa beras dan minyak goreng ini. Kami berharap semoga kegiatan serupa dapat ditingkatkan dalam kegiatan yang lain,” ungkap Dandim.
