Kudus – Bupati Hartopo mendapatkan kesempatan emas untuk menyampaikan persoalan yang ada di Kudus secara langsung kepada Presiden RI Joko Widodo. ‘Curhat’ tersebut terjadi seusai Penyerahan Sertifikat Tanah untuk Rakyat dan Surat Keputusan Perhutanan Sosial dan Surat Keputusan Tanah Objek Reforma Agraria (TORA) di Areal Kesongo, Blora, Jumat (10/3).
Kesempatan emas itu dimanfaatkan bupati untuk menyampaikan infrastruktur nasional. Khususny jalan nasional yang melintas Kudus. Kondisi saat ini perlu perbaikan secepatnya.
Karena Kudus termasuk strategis sebagai jalur utama pulau Jawa. Dan tentunya untuk memberi rasa nyaman bagi pemudik lebaran.
Selain itu, Bupati juga meminta kelonggaran PMK 215 tahun 2021 tentang Dana Bagi Hasil Cukai dan Hasil Tembakau (DBHCHT). Hartopo memohon ada kelonggaran alokasi untuk penggunaannya, termasuk infrastruktur.
Kelonggaran yang dimaksud adalah penggunaan DBHCHT sebesar 50 persen block grant dan 50 persen sisanya specific grant. Yang mana di dalam block grant dapat digunakan sesuai kebutuhan daerah. Salah satunya bisa untuk pembangunan infrastruktur.
Lebih lanjut, bupati berharap infrastruktur di Kudus tertara lebih baik dengan alokasi anggaran yang lebih banyak. Mengingat tahun ini alokasi DBHCHT untuk infrastruktur hanya Rp. 38,6 miliar, setelah kewajiban dalam PMK 215 terpenuhi.
Presiden Jokowi yang didampingi Sekretaris Kabinet Pramono Anung menanggapai dengan baik usulan tersebut. Dan akan menindaklanjuti usulan yang baik tersebut demi masyarakat.
Oleh sebab itu, Presiden meminta Pramono Anung untuk mencatat apa saja kebutuhan Kudus.
Pada acara tersebut, turut mendampingi Presiden yaitu Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Siti Nurbaya Bakar, Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto, dan Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo.
Selain itu, hadir pula Bupati Blora Arief Rohman, Bupati Grobogan Sri Sumarni, Bupati Bojonegoro Anna Muawanah, Pj Bupati Brebes Urip Sihabudin, dan Bupati Kudus Hartopo.
