Jakarta.- Kementerian Agama menginisiasi program Training of Trainer (ToT) Kusemai Nilai bagi unsur pegawai dan masyarakat. Program tersebut sebagai upaya penanaman perilaku antikorupsi yang berbasis keluarga.
“Dalam upaya meneguhkan komitmen pencegahan dalam pengawasan, berbagai upaya telah ditempuh. Salah satu upaya tersebut adalah melakukan pencegahan korupsi yang berbasis keluarga,” ujar Irjen Kemenag, Faisal,Kamis (16/3/2023).
Program ini lahir atas kolaborasi antara Kemenag, Inspektorat Jenderal, Dharma Wanita Persatuan Kemenag, dan Saya Perempuan Antikorupsi (SPAK) Indonesia.
ToT Kusemai Nilai yang dikolaborasikan bersama DWP Kemenag ini menghadirkan 150 orang dari unsur pegawai Kemenag dan masyarakat yang nantinya menjadi agen perubahan Kusemai Nilai.
Faisal mengatakan dalam Program ToT Kusemai Nilai ini, Kemenag menjadikan perempuan sebagai titik awal pendidikan nilai-nilai antikorupsi yang dimulai dari keluarga dan terus meluas ke jejaring di lingkungan sosial masing-masing.
“Keluarga adalah fondasi. Fondasi atas kesadaran mental dan pola perilaku. Jika fondasi ini kuat, bersih, dan baik, maka insya Allah, di manapun kita ditempatkan, akan selalu menjadi pribadi yang membawa nilai-nilai luhur,” ujarnya.
Menurut Faisal, dalam konteks ini, peran keluarga, terutama istri sebagai pendamping suami harus mampu memainkan perannya sebagai benteng pertahanan pertama dalam pencegahan korupsi.
Plt Sekretaris Jenderal Kemenag, Kastolan melaporkan bahwa program Kusemai Nilai ini merupakan pengembangan dari program pengawasan dengan pendekatan Keluarga-SPAK Kemenag.
Kastolan berharap, program ini bisa menjadi gerakan internal Kementerian yang dapat menjadi pengungkit percepatan pembangunan budaya berintegritas sebagai unsur penting dalam pembangunan Zona Integritas dan Reformasi Birokrasi.
“Agar program Kusemai Nilai berjalan secara baik, diperlukan ToT. Peserta yang telah mengikuti ToT ini diharapkan mampu menjadi pelopor dan penggerak perubahan,” kata Kastolan.(Red)
