JAKARTA – Kepala Staf Angkatan Darat (Kasad) Jenderal TNI Dudung Abdurachman, S.E., M.M., mengingatkan kepada para Komandan Satuan (Dansat) agar lebih peka terhadap pembinaan prajurit di satuannya masing-masing.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Jenderal Dudung ketika memberikan pengarahan kepada para Panglima Komando Utama (Pangkotama) TNI Angkatan Darat atau Pangdam secara virtual bertempat di Mabesad, Jakarta, Kamis (17/3/2022).
Dikatakan Kasad, pengecekan merupakan salah satu upaya dalam rangka pembinaan prajurit, “Para komandan satuan harus mengecek prajuritnya ketika melaksanakan tugas operasi maupun tugas-tugas lainnya untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kesulitan yang dihadapi mereka. Apabila ada permasalahan laporkan, jangan biarkan prajurit berjuang sendiri,” tegasnya.
Kasad juga menekankan agar kehidupan militer dan marwah TNI AD ditegakkan kembali di satuannya masing-masing, hal ini untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan prajurit sekaligus meningkatkan jiwa korsa dan kebersamaan.
“Ini benar-benar harus ditegakkan untuk memupuk jiwa korsa dan kebersamaan prajurit,” pintanya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Jenderal Dudung juga mengapresiasi kepada para Pangkotama atas upayanya yang telah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membantu mengatasi kesulitan warga masyarakat yang ada di wilayahnya masing-masing baik itu malalui swadaya ataupun bekerja sama dengan pemerintah daerah. Hal ini tentunya sesuai dengan Perintah Harian Kasad, di mana TNI AD harus hadir dan menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi kesulitan rakyat.
Selain itu, apresiasi juga disampaikan Kasad terkait dukungan para Pangkotama dalam menyukseskan program pemerintah di wilayahnya masing-masing. Terutama dalam memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19 melalui serbuan vaksinasi dan program percepatan pemulihan ekonomi nasional.
“Terima kasih telah mendukung program pemerintah seperti Food Estate (Ketahanan Pangan) dan lain sebagainya. Ini harus dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan, ini merupakan suatu pengabdian kepada bangsa dan negara,” tutup Kasad.
Selain para Pangkotama, kegiatan ini juga dihadiri oleh Koorsahli Kasad, Irjenad dan para Asisten Kasad.
