Kapolsek Sedayu AKP Sedayu yang memimpin gladi bersih mengatakan, gladi bersih merupakan puncak akhir kegiatan latihan untuk memastikan kesiapan seluruh perangkat upacara.
“Gladi bersih yang kita laksanakan merupakan puncak latihan akhir guna mematangkan dan memastikan kesiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan upacara yang akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 Agustus 2023,” ujarnya.
Dalam gladi bersih tersebut diikuti oleh personel yang terlibat dalam rangkaian kegiatan HUT Kemerdekaan RI ke-78 yakni unsur TNI, Polri, Pemerintah Kapanewon Sedayu, Pemerintah Kalurahan Argodadi, Puskesmas Sedayu 1&2, dan KUA Sedayu.
