Aceh – Jajaran Polsek Peureulak Timur, Polres Aceh Timur bersama Koramil 13/PLKT memberikan bantuan sembako kepada warga yang rumahnya rusak akibat angin puting beliung dan terjadi pada hari Minggu, (23/07/2023) sekira pukul 01.45 dinihari.
Kapolsek Peureulak Timur, Ipda Surya Wirawanto bersama Babins Koramil 13/PLKT menyerahkan langsung bantuan tersebut kepada Khairul Hidayat, (36 tahun) warga Gampong Seunubok Teungoh, Kecamatan Peureulak Timur pada Minggu (23/07/2023).

“Kita berikan bantuan berupa paket sembako sebagai bentuk empati atas musibah yang menimpa Pak Khairul Hidayat,” katanya.
Selain memberikan bantuan pangan, Ipda Surya Wirawanto juga berdialog dengan korban (Khairul Hidayat) serta beberapa warga Gampng Sineubok Teungoh dan melihat kondisi rumah korban.

Kapolsek menyebutkan, tidak ada korban jiwa dalam musibah itu, namun kejadian ini menyebabkan rumah korban mengalami rusak parah pada bagian atap dapur dan kerugian yang ditimbulkan dari angin puting beliung ini, korban mengalami kerugian lebih kurang Rp. 50.000.000.,- ( lima puluh juta rupiah ).
Ipda Surya Wirawanto juga menyarankan kepada warga agar menebang pohon tinggi yang dekat dengan rumah, hal ini dikhawatirkan akan terjadi kejadian serupa. Imbau Kapolsek.
