Jakarta – Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo menjadi satu dari enam pejabat yang akan mengikuti simulasi operasi pertempuran di perairan Kepulauan Seribu hari ini (24/1/2023). Simulasi operasi pendaratan amfibi bersama Prajurit Marinir itu memiliki target pulau Damar Besar.
Selain Kapolri, 5 pejabat lainnya adalah Ketua MPR RI, Bambang Soesatyo; Ketua DPR RI, Puan Maharani; Kasal Laksamana TNI Muhammad Ali; Kasad Jenderal TNI Dudung Abdurachman; dan Kasau Marsekal TNI Fadjar Prasetyo.
Kadispen Marinir Kolonel (Mar) Kakung Priyambodo menjelaskan, simulasi ini bagian dari proses penyematan Brevet Taifib dan Brevet Anti Teror Aspek Laut, Korps Marinir TNI AL. Prosesi diawali operasi pertempuran perebutan pantai itu akan didahului serangan udara, oleh pesawat tempur F16 TNI AU.
“Kemudian mereka akan naik tank amfibi Marinir yang keluar dari kapal perang KRI Banda Aceh-593. Untuk melakukan operasi pendaratan,” ungkap Kadispen di Dermaga Kolinlamil, Selasa (24/1/23).
Selain simulasi pertempuran, upacara penyematan Brevet Kehormatan Marinir juga akan dilakukan di Pantai Pulau Damar Besar dengan dipimpin panglima TNI Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono. Panglima TNI akan memasangkan Baret Kehormatan Marinir kepada Kapolri dan 5 pejabat lainnya.(Redaksiswanara)
