Jakarta – Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo memberikan pengarahan kepada pejabat utama Polri, kapolda, hingga jajaran kewilayahan dalam kegiatan apel Kasatwil di Hotel Sultan, Jakarta. Sigit menyebut apel Kasatwil merupakan ajang untuk melakukan refleksi dan evaluasi terkait dengan seluruh kinerja Polri selama 2022.
“Hari ini selama satu hari kita melaksanakan kegiatan apel Kasatwil. Tentunya kegiatan ini adalah merupakan refleksi apa yang sudah kita laksanakan selama satu tahun ini,” kata Sigit usai apel Kasatwil, Rabu (14/12/2022).
Selain refleksi dan evaluasi, Sigit menuturkan apel Kasatwil ini juga untuk mematangkan konsep guna menghadapi seluruh tantangan Korps Bhayangkara ke depannya.
“Dan juga konsep-konsep yang kita persiapkan untuk melaksanakan tantangan tugas ke depan,” ujar Sigit.
Lebih lanjut, Sigit mengungkap dalam apel Kasatwil tersebut juga ditekankan soal peningkatan kinerja di institusi Polri, khususnya memberikan pelayanan yang prima terhadap masyarakat luas.
“Tentunya banyak hal yang kita diskusikan, mulai dari bagaimana kita bisa meningkatkan performa organisasi khususnya dalam hal peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik,” ucapnya.
Tak hanya itu, Sigit mengatakan seluruh jajaran Polri juga harus melakukan persiapan yang matang dan baik serta profesional dalam menghadapi seluruh agenda nasional maupun internasional. Mengingat ke depan, kata Sigit, Indonesia akan menghadapi beberapa event internasional.
“Termasuk yang sudah kita laksanakan, yaitu pengamanan KTT G20, dan ini menjadi salah satu pengalaman terbaik yang harus kita replikasi ke depan dalam menghadapi event-event internasional yang akan diselenggarakan. Karena Indonesia akan menjadi salah satu keketuaan ASEAN. Dan juga ada beberapa turnamen olahraga internasional yang harus kita amankan,” katanya.
Dari segi agenda nasional, Sigit menginstruksikan seluruh jajarannya melakukan segala persiapan dalam mengamankan seluruh tahapan Pemilu serentak tahun 2024. Terpenting, kata Sigit, Polri harus menjadi garda terdepan dalam mencegah terjadinya polarisasi masyarakat pada pesta demokrasi lima tahunan tersebut. Sebab, Sigit menekankan, persatuan dan kesatuan adalah nilai yang harus dijaga oleh seluruh elemen bangsa Indonesia.
“Sehingga mau tidak mau hal-hal terkait persiapan pengamanan baik dari sisi langkah-langkah preemtif dan preventif, langkah-langkah yang kita lakukan untuk mencegah polarisasi, menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan dengan melibatkan seluruh elemen bangsa tentunya menjadi bagian yang harus kita persiapkan. Di samping tentunya upaya-upaya kita untuk melakukan penegakan hukum terhadap kasus-kasus yang menjadi atensi dan perhatian masyarakat,” ucap Sigit.
Terkait internal Polri, dalam apel Kasatwil, Sigit menekankan seluruh personel Kepolisian kembali meraih kepercayaan publik yang tinggi sebagaimana pernah diraih oleh institusi Korps Bhayangkara. Menurutnya, seluruh personel kepolisian, dari satuan terbawah hingga tingkat Mabes Polri, telah sepakat berkomitmen melakukan hal terbaik demi meraih kepercayaan publik yang tinggi.
“Kita sepakat untuk bekerja keras, bersama-sama meningkatkan soliditas. Untuk menghadapi tantangan tugas ke depan mulai dari melaksanakan tugas pokok Polri sendiri, mengamankan kebijakan pemerintah, mengawal agenda-agenda Pemerintah dan juga mengamankan agenda nasional dan internasional sehingga bisa berjalan dengan baik,” kata Sigit.
Di akhir pernyataannya, Sigit menyatakan apel Kasatwil juga membahas kesiapan Polri bersinergi dengan elemen terkait dalam memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman kepada seluruh masyarakat ketika merayakan Natal dan tahun baru (Nataru).
“Termasuk juga akhir tahun kita akan menghadapi Nataru. Nanti secara khusus hari Jumat kita akan melaksanakan Rakor Pam dengan Kementerian terkait. Ini menjadi bagian dari yang kita persiapkan,” Tutup Kapolri.(Red)
