Jakarta, – Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo mengucapkan terima kasih kepada semua pihak yang telah bekerja keras dan berhasil melakukan evakuasi terhadap 8 korban kecelakaan helikopter milik Polairud Polda Jambi.
Setelah semua penumpang tersebut berhasil diselamatkan, Sigit menyampaikan apresiasi dan ucapan terima kasih kepada semua tim gabungan yang telah mengerahkan seluruh kemampuannya untuk melakukan evakuasi kepada para korban tersebut.
“Tentunya saya selaku Kapolri mengucapkan terima kasih atas kerja sama seluruh tim yang telah berhasil melaksanakan kegiatan evakuasi penyelamatan. Dimana selama kurang lebih tiga hari baik tim yang tergabung dalam tim SAR darat maupun tim SAR udara yang telah bekerja keras,” kata Sigit dalam jumpa pers di Posko Merangin, Jambi, Selasa, 21 Februari 2023.
Dalam proses evakuasi itu setidaknya terdapat 949 personel gabungan yang terdiri dari,TNI, Polri, Basarnas, BPBD, BMKG, PMI, Petugas Taman Nasional Kerinci Seblat, tim paramedis, dan masyarakat adat Tamiai.
Sigit menyadari bahwa proses evakuasi itu tidaklah mudah. Mengingat, tim gabungan harus berjibaku dengan cuaca ekstrem dan lokasi evakuasi yang terjal.
Tetapi, kata Sigit, berkat kerja sama dan ketangguhan para tim gabungan itu, di hari kedua penyelamatan, kelompok darat maupun udara, telah berhasil mencapai lokasi dari para korban dan langsung memberikan bantuan pertama yang dibutuhkan.
“Sekali lagi saya selaku pimpinan Polri mengucapkan terima kasih atas kerja keras seluruh tim yang tergabung dalam kegiatan evakuasi penyelamatan baik SAR darat maupun SAR udara maupun masyarakat sekitar yang juga begitu luar biasa membantu tim. Sehingga kemudian kerja sama seluruh tim tergabung dari masing-masing institusi, kesatuan ditambah masyarakat bisa menghasilkan hal yang luar biasa dengan bisa dievakuasinya seluruh korban,” papar Sigit.(Redaksiswanara)
